Cette ann\u00e9e, Europain a revu son organisation autour de trois axes\u2009: la fabrication, la vente et la gestion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le salon biennal Europain ouvrira ses portes du 2 au 6\u202ff\u00e9vrier, dans la banlieue parisienne. Pour cette nouvelle \u00e9dition, la manifestation a redessin\u00e9 l\u2019organisation de son espace. Celui-ci sera divis\u00e9 en trois secteurs\u2009: Je fabrique, Je vends et Je g\u00e8re.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-trois-nouvelles-zones\">Trois nouvelles zones<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La premi\u00e8re zone sera d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation et \u00e0 la production de la boulangerie-confiserie\u2009: \u00e9quipement, mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, conseils en process\u2026 La deuxi\u00e8me comprend les solutions de vente\u2009: emballage, technologie digitale, agencement de boutique, produits agroalimentaires de compl\u00e9ment\u2026 La derni\u00e8re regroupe des prestataires sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s\u2009: financement, aide juridique, solutions de gestion, assurances\u2026 Cette nouvelle sectorisation devrait assurer \u00e0 chacun une optimisation de sa visite, selon les mots de la directrice du salon Marie-Odile Fondeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Autre nouveaut\u00e9, les visiteurs pourront assister \u00e0 des d\u00e9bats et des \u00e9changes chaque jour dans le cadre d\u2019un forum. Des dizaines d\u2019intervenants les animeront. Sa programmation s\u2019articulera aussi autour des trois th\u00e8mes du salon. Entre autres sujets, figureront \u00ab\u2009Le sourcing\u2009\u00bb, \u00ab\u2009Les allergies et recettes sp\u00e9cifiques\u2009\u00bb, \u00ab\u2009Le go\u00fbt\u2009\u00bb ou encore \u00ab\u2009Les nouvelles offres et tendances\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trois labs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un fournil des plus modernes offrira quatre jours de d\u00e9monstrations, dans le Lab du boulanger. Des boulangers internationaux partageront leurs techniques et leurs id\u00e9es cr\u00e9atives avec le public.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie ne sera pas en reste. Elle disposera \u00e9galement de son laboratoire\u2009: le Lab Intersuc. Des Meilleurs ouvriers de France, des champions du monde de p\u00e2tisserie et d\u2019autres professionnels avis\u00e9s feront preuve de leur savoir-faire aux visiteurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dernier n\u00e9, le Lab bien-\u00eatre offrira un programme de d\u00e9monstrations pratiques et d\u2019ateliers d\u2019experts en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie l\u00e9g\u00e8re et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e. Il sera centr\u00e9 sur la sant\u00e9, la qualit\u00e9 et l\u2019authenticit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trois concours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Que serait un salon sans son lot de comp\u00e9tition\u2009? Hormis la Coupe de France des \u00e9coles, Europain pr\u00e9sente deux concours internationaux. Les Masters de la boulangerie r\u00e9uniront 18 candidats. R\u00e9partis dans trois cat\u00e9gories (panification nutritionnelle, gourmande et artistique), ils concourront pour le titre de World Master Baker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Mondial des arts sucr\u00e9s regroupe quant \u00e0 lui 16 \u00e9quipes internationales compos\u00e9es d\u2019une femme et d\u2019un homme. La comp\u00e9tition se d\u00e9roulera sur quatre jours. Pour cette 10e \u00e9dition, la th\u00e9matique impos\u00e9e est \u00ab\u2009Le luxe \u00e0 la fran\u00e7aise\u2009\u00bb.
