J\u2019ai fait la formation de monitrice de ski pour enfants il y a cinq ans. Et pour ne pas perdre la licence, il faut suivre un cours de formation continue tous les deux ans. Je devais \u00e0 nouveau le faire cette ann\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un ami et moi nous sommes inscrits pour le cours dans le Toggenbourg\u2009\/\u2009Wildhaus. Ni lui ni moi ne connaissions ce domaine skiable, et nous \u00e9tions curieux de d\u00e9couvrir le ski dans le Toggenbourg. Nous avons eu beaucoup de chance avec la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, et pu profiter de passer un week-end au-dessus d\u2019une magnifique mer de brouillard. J\u2019ai ador\u00e9 le temps pass\u00e9 en montagne, et pas seulement en mati\u00e8re de ski.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le th\u00e8me de cette ann\u00e9e \u00e9tait \u00ab\u2009magic moments\u2009\u00bb\u2009: comment faire pour que les clients soient satisfaits de la prestation \u00e0 100\u202f%\u2009? Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 cette question, le formateur nous a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une pyramide \u00e0 trois \u00e9tages qui s\u2019applique parfaitement \u00e0 notre secteur. Les prestations attendues se trouvent au niveau inf\u00e9rieur. Si l\u2019on satisfait \u00e0 ces prestations, on a d\u00e9j\u00e0 atteint un objectif important \u2013 \u00e0 savoir la satisfaction des h\u00f4tes, dans notre cas, la satisfaction des clients. On trouve au deuxi\u00e8me niveau une exp\u00e9rience sp\u00e9cifique qui suscite l\u2019enthousiasme des clients. Et il ne manque plus que le \u00ab\u2009magic moment\u2009\u00bb pour d\u00e9clencher l\u2019effet wow chez les clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un exemple\u2009: un client entre dans le magasin et commande un g\u00e2teau de mariage. Nous nous trouvons ici au premier niveau, qui consiste \u00e0 satisfaire ses attentes avec une commande. Dans ce cas de figure, l\u2019exp\u00e9rience particuli\u00e8re pourrait ensuite r\u00e9sider dans d\u2019excellents conseils enthousiasmant le client. L\u2019effet wow pourrait enfin intervenir au plus tard au moment de la r\u00e9ception de la commande, lorsque le client d\u00e9couvrirait le g\u00e2teau correspondant en tous points \u00e0 ses souhaits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce simple exemple est selon moi tr\u00e8s r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur.
