Cette s\u00e9rie emm\u00e8ne les internautes \u00e0 la d\u00e9couverte de professions en donnant la parole \u00e0 des apprentis et \u00e0 de jeunes professionnels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-paroles-d-apprentis\">Paroles d\u2019apprentis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le reportage fait le tour des m\u00e9tiers li\u00e9s \u00e0 la production. Plusieurs artisans en herbe de l\u2019Ecole professionnelle de Montreux partagent leurs motivations. Suivent des exemples concrets au sein de deux commerces artisanaux : la boulangerie Ackermann \u00e0 Grandson (VD) et la confiserie Christian Boillat \u00e0 St-Prex (VD).
