Massimo Turuani, pr\u00e9sident l\u2019association tessinoise des boulangers-confiseurs, a d\u00fb agir imm\u00e9diatement et organiser des alternatives pour ses membres.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les m\u00e9dias tessinois ont parl\u00e9 de cette catastrophe \u00e0 Maroggia. Les photos et vid\u00e9os de l\u2019impressionnant incendie font le tour des m\u00e9dias sociaux. M\u00eame en Lombardie (I), ce sinistre est un sujet de discussion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident du Conseil d&#8217;\u00c9tat Norman Gobbi s&#8217;est rendu sur les ruines au petit matin. Il a rappel\u00e9 que sa famille poss\u00e9dait une boulangerie \u00e0 Piotta (TI), approvisionn\u00e9e par ce m\u00eame moulin. En apprenant que leur moulin \u00e9tait en feu, le propri\u00e9taire Luigi Fontana et son fils Alessandro ont pens\u00e9 qu\u2019il s\u2019agissait d\u2019une mauvaise blague, ont-ils d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision tessinoise. Aucun bless\u00e9 ni mort n\u2019est \u00e0 d\u00e9plorer. Pour l\u2019heure, ni la cause de l\u2019incendie, ni le montant des dommages ne sont connus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-produits-rares-pas-garantis\">Produits rares pas garantis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019association tessinoise des boulangers-confiseur Massimo Turuani a rassur\u00e9 ses membres: \u00ab Nous avons imm\u00e9diatement contact\u00e9 un moulin de l&#8217;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 du Gothard pour nous assurer qu&#8217;il y aurait suffisamment de contingents pour les jours suivant la trag\u00e9die \u00bb.Cependant, Maroggia produisait des farines rares pour les boulangers-confiseurs. Les journalistes ont alors demand\u00e9 \u00e0 M. Turuani si certains produits allaient dispara\u00eetre: \u00ab Certainement, \u00e0 moins que le moulin n\u2019autorise temporairement que quelqu&#8217;un produise la m\u00eame farine temporairement. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-entreprise-familiale\">Entreprise familiale<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Michael Stadlin a fond\u00e9 le moulin Maroggia \u00e0 la fin des ann\u00e9es 1800. Il est issu d&#8217;une vieille famille de meuniers op\u00e9rant en Suisse centrale. Au fil du temps, l\u2019entreprise familiale a connu divers projets de reconstruction et de modernisation. Le dernier date en 2017. La partie la plus ancienne de l&#8217;usine abritait le moulin \u00e0 riz. Elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9e au profit d&#8217;un entrep\u00f4t plus grand et plus pratique pour les produits emball\u00e9s. En 1998, l&#8217;usine avait subi des dommages consid\u00e9rables. Le 1er ao\u00fbt, une violente temp\u00eate de gr\u00eale avait frapp\u00e9 la Val Mara.
