Le boulanger argovien, en collaboration avec son fr\u00e8re Hansj\u00f6rg, a repris la gestion de la boulangerie Frei il y a deux ans \u00e0 la suite de son p\u00e8re. \u00ab\u2009Il a construit la boulangerie avec ma m\u00e8re. En 2017, nous avons pu c\u00e9l\u00e9brer le 50e anniversaire.\u2009\u00bb. La boulangerie familiale est impliqu\u00e9e dans l\u2019action \u00ab\u2009Pain du partage\u2009\u00bb depuis 2008. Pendant le Car\u00eame, dans 11 points de vente, 50 centimes par pains vendus sont revers\u00e9s \u00e0 des projets de la campagne \u0153cum\u00e9nique. Au cours de la campagne 2017, 1000\u202ffrancs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9colt\u00e9s. Le pain argovien est \u00e0 base de p\u00e2te qui tire longtemps, le go\u00fbt est exactement comme celui qu\u2019un bon pain devrait avoir, selon Dominik. Entre les 65 vari\u00e9t\u00e9s qui sont produites chaque jour, le pain d\u2019Argovie a un grand succ\u00e8s aupr\u00e8s des clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-droits-humains-gestion-durable-et-protection-de-l-environnement\">Droits humains, gestion durable et protection de l\u2019environnement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les droits humains et la gestion durable des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res sont des sujets que Dominik Frei tient \u00e0 c\u0153ur. L\u2019engagement social est aussi une \u00e9vidence pour lui. D\u2019ailleurs, il se retrouve quotidiennement dans l\u2019entreprise. Des emplois ont donc \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9s pour les personnes qui se r\u00e9ins\u00e8rent professionnellement parce que, dit-il\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Vous ne pouvez pas vous plaindre de la p\u00e9nurie de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre qualifi\u00e9e si vous ne faites rien \u00e0 ce sujet\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame en mati\u00e8re de protection de l\u2019environnement il est coh\u00e9rent\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Les c\u00e9r\u00e9ales viennent de la r\u00e9gion, l\u2019Argovie est un canton riche en eau, il y a beaucoup de moulins ici, donc nous avons fait moudre le grain en Argovie. Au m\u00eame titre, je fais attention \u00e0 ce que nous utilisions des produits sans huile de palme\u2009\u00bb. Deux tonnes de farine sont cuites quotidiennement dans le fournil moderne. M\u00eame s\u2019il trouve les croissants roul\u00e9s \u00e0 la main excellents en go\u00fbt, rien ne vaut un gros pain pour Dominik.
