En septembre, elle a particip\u00e9 et remport\u00e9 la Finale romande et tessinoise des meilleurs jeunes confiseurs.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je m\u2019appelle Alice Marchon. J\u2019ai 24 ans et j\u2019habite \u00e0 Romont (FR). Depuis ma tendre enfance \u00e0 Cugy (FR), j\u2019adore la p\u00e9riode de No\u00ebl. C\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019occasion de passer d\u2019excellents moments \u00e0 confectionner des biscuits avec mes grands-mamans. Les odeurs et les biscuits d\u00e9cor\u00e9s par mes soins, m\u2019ont donn\u00e9 l\u2019envie de devenir un jour p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse. Durant des vacances scolaires, j\u2019ai effectu\u00e9 deux stages en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie. J\u2019ai d\u00e9couvert et beaucoup appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 les travaux de boulangerie et p\u00e2tisserie, lors de mon troisi\u00e8me stage, \u00e0 la boulangerie Saudan \u00e0 Fribourg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Les odeurs et les biscuits d\u00e9cor\u00e9s par mes soins, m\u2019ont donn\u00e9 l\u2019envie de devenir un jour p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-fille-au-pair-en-suisse-allemande\">Fille au pair en Suisse allemande<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Par la suite, j\u2019ai envoy\u00e9 \u00e0 cette entreprise formatrice ma candidature pour place d\u2019apprentissage de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re. J\u2019ai eu la chance d\u2019en obtenir une pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e suivante. En attendant, je suis partie \u00e0 Neftenbach (ZH) en tant que fille au pair chez un vigneron.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De retour en Suisse romande, j\u2019ai obtenu mon CFC de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re, \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un tr\u00e8s bon apprentissage. Durant ma formation, j\u2019ai eu beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 confectionner et r\u00e9aliser deux pi\u00e8ces mont\u00e9es en chocolat (dont un accord\u00e9on\u2009; mon hobby) pour le concours des apprentis du canton de Fribourg. Les pi\u00e8ces ont \u00e9t\u00e9 expos\u00e9es au Salon suisse des go\u00fbts et terroirs \u00e0 Bulle (FR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de d\u00e9couvrir les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s d\u2019un autre canton, j\u2019ai postul\u00e9 et eu la chance d\u2019obtenir une place \u00e0 la boulangerie Ackermann \u00e0 Grandson (VD). Apr\u00e8s une ann\u00e9e, avec l\u2019accord et l\u2019encouragement de Christophe Ackermann, j\u2019ai souhait\u00e9 faire mon compl\u00e9ment de confiserie aupr\u00e8s de Dani\u00e8le Moeri chocolati\u00e8re de l\u2019entreprise. J\u2019ai obtenu mon CFC ce printemps. J\u2019ai r\u00e9alis\u00e9 la meilleure note des apprentis confiseurs compl\u00e9ments du canton de Vaud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-inoubliable-experience\">Inoubliable exp\u00e9rience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A la suite \u00e0 un d\u00e9sistement, j\u2019ai relev\u00e9 le d\u00e9fi de participer \u00e0 la Finale romande et tessinoise des meilleurs jeunes confiseurs. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 un grand plaisir d\u2019obtenir la premi\u00e8re place de ce concours, une inoubliable exp\u00e9rience professionnelle. Je me plais \u00e9norm\u00e9ment dans mon entreprise actuelle. Mon poste polyvalent me permet de travailler en p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie sous la responsabilit\u00e9 de Justine Froidevaux\u2026 J\u2019ai un petit faible pour la confiserie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En parall\u00e8le, je souhaite suivre des cours de perfectionnement.
