Apparemment, j\u2019avais du talent, si bien que j\u2019ai pu travailler dans des boulangeries pendant mes vacances scolaires et gagner un peu d\u2019argent de poche. Mais d\u2019une certaine mani\u00e8re, les horaires de travail dans la boulangerie m\u2019ont dissuad\u00e9 de choisir cette voie et incit\u00e9 \u00e0 opter pour une profession de commercial.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De nombreuses ann\u00e9es plus tard, j\u2019ai malgr\u00e9 tout pu partager ma passion secr\u00e8te avec mon filleul, qui s\u2019est finalement engag\u00e9 sur cette voie. Je me suis beaucoup impliqu\u00e9 pour lui.<br>Maintenant, je travaille presque quotidiennement avec l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs et j\u2019en suis tr\u00e8s heureux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je vis dans la vieille ville de Berne et j\u2019appr\u00e9cie d\u2019avoir le choix entre plusieurs excellentes boulangeries-confiseries. Essayer diff\u00e9rents types de pain pour mes tartines du petit-d\u00e9jeuner est le moyen id\u00e9al de commencer la journ\u00e9e. Le M\u00e4rit (march\u00e9) dans la vieille ville de Berne, auquel j\u2019aime me rendre le samedi matin, me donne \u00e9galement l\u2019occasion d\u2019essayer de nouvelles sortes de pain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour moi, presque rien n\u2019est plus agr\u00e9able que d\u2019attendre le tram sur la Kornhausplatz le matin et de sentir l\u2019odeur de la boulangerie qui me monte au nez.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis le 1er\u202fmars, Willy Beutler est responsable du conseil et du marketing m\u00e9dias, notamment pour \u00ab\u2009panissimo\u2009\u00bb, aupr\u00e8s de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 St\u00e4mpfli AG \u00e0 Berne.
