Le niveau a \u00e9t\u00e9 plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, dans les trois cat\u00e9gories.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La gestionnaire Silvia von B\u00fcren (apprentissage Chez R\u00fcfi, Bienne) de Villeret (BE), le boulanger-p\u00e2tissier Dominique Buchmann (Kreyenb\u00fchl, Lucerne) de M\u00fcnchenstein (BL) et la p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse Nina Vogel (Maron, Coire) de Maienfeld (GR) sont mont\u00e9es sur la plus haute marche de leur podium respectif. Les deux laur\u00e9ats en production avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait un podium aux SwissSkills, chacun dans une autre orientation. A signaler qu\u2019une troisi\u00e8me participante \u00e9tait aussi pr\u00e9sente pour la deuxi\u00e8me fois, \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un apprentissage compl\u00e9mentaire. Pour la qualification professionnelle, une formation suppl\u00e9mentaire repr\u00e9sente un avantage. Evidemment, les jeunes professionnels qui empruntent cette voie sont particuli\u00e8rement motiv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-travaux-de-qualite\">Travaux de qualit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9cart de niveau entre une exposition d\u2019apprentis et celle des championnats suisses est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement marqu\u00e9 ; cette derni\u00e8re regroupe les meilleurs des meilleurs. Toutefois, le niveau de cette ann\u00e9e a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 celui de 2016, d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9lev\u00e9, selon les pr\u00e9sidents du jury de production et de vente, Stefan Romang et Marie-Anna Schmidiger. Cela n\u2019est pas seulement valable pour les trois premiers rangs, comme l\u2019a soulign\u00e9 le chef de la formation de la BCS Peter Signer, lors de la c\u00e9r\u00e9monie de cl\u00f4ture au Mus\u00e9e suisse des transports : \u00ab Les travaux sont tout simplement incroyables ! Votre prestation a \u00e9t\u00e9 superbe.
