Elle est dirig\u00e9e par Franz et Christina Willi, de la quatri\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration. Un changement s\u2019annonce dans la direction. Leur fils Kevin travaille dans l\u2019entreprise depuis mars. Il compte reprendre l&#8217;affaire dans un avenir proche.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfant d\u00e9j\u00e0, je restais dans la boulangerie pendant des heures t\u00f4t le matin pour admirer cet artisanat de tradition qui donnait naissance \u00e0 tous ces d\u00e9lices pour le petit-d\u00e9jeuner. Mon apprentissage de boulanger-confiseur m\u2019a permis de r\u00e9aliser un r\u00eave d\u2019enfance. D\u00e8s mon plus jeune \u00e2ge, mon but \u00e9tait de suivre les traces de mon p\u00e8re. Pour ceux qui le connaissent, elles sont litt\u00e9ralement assez grandes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-acquerir-de-l-experience-professionnelle\">Acqu\u00e9rir de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin de pouvoir rassembler de nouvelles id\u00e9es, impressions et exp\u00e9riences professionnelles, mon p\u00e8re tenait \u00e0 ce que je ne fasse pas mon apprentissage dans l\u2019entreprise familiale. Aujourd\u2019hui, je suis tr\u00e8s reconnaissant d\u2019avoir fait mon apprentissage \u00e0 la Confiserie Heini AG \u00e0 Lucerne. Apr\u00e8s ma formation, j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 dans de nombreuses grandes entreprises (voir ci-dessous) et ainsi acquis mes connaissances professionnelles, qui me sont tr\u00e8s utiles aujourd\u2019hui. Les nombreuses boulangeries-confiseries suisses offrent une grande diversit\u00e9, non seulement en raison des diff\u00e9rents produits, mais aussi de la fa\u00e7on dont ces produits sont confectionn\u00e9s. Cet artisanat et ce savoir-faire essentiels pour notre branche, je les ai acquis au fil des ans. De mon point de vue, les ann\u00e9es dites itin\u00e9rantes dans la production avec un aper\u00e7u de l\u2019administration sont \u00e0 recommander \u00e0 tous ceux qui ont en t\u00eate de reprendre une entreprise ou d\u2019en fonder une nouvelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-elargir-son-horizon\">Elargir son horizon<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En m\u00eame temps, j\u2019ai \u00e9largi mon horizon gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des formations continues dans diff\u00e9rents domaines, ce qui m\u2019a permis de constituer un r\u00e9seau \u00e9galement en dehors de la branche. C\u2019est une p\u00e9riode extr\u00eamement int\u00e9ressante et vari\u00e9e, car la c\u00e9cit\u00e9 dite op\u00e9rationnelle s\u2019insinue dans nos activit\u00e9s plus vite qu\u2019on ne le voudrait. Au fil des exp\u00e9riences et des nombreuses impressions, j\u2019ai appris que la communication externe est tout aussi importante que la communication et le flux d\u2019informations d\u2019un patron envers ses employ\u00e9s. A mon avis, une communication ouverte avec les employ\u00e9s est un bon moyen de contrecarrer ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne. Ce n\u2019est pas qu\u2019une nouvelle id\u00e9e ou un nouvel impact apporte imm\u00e9diatement des am\u00e9liorations, mais elle stimule une discussion qui m\u00e8nera plus loin. C\u2019est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment de ces discussions sp\u00e9cifiques que naissent les am\u00e9liorations qui permettent d\u2019accro\u00eetre la compr\u00e9hension des employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ne-jamais-perdre-le-plaisir\">Ne jamais\u00a0perdre le plaisir<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le temps passe et je travaille maintenant dans l\u2019entreprise familiale. L\u2019apprentissage se poursuit avec l\u2019examen professionnel de l\u2019\u00e9cole Richemont \u00e0 Lucerne et les discussions avec mes parents qui sont \u00e9galement toujours au programme de la semaine. Se lancer des d\u00e9fis pour faire avancer notre entreprise familiale est passionnant. Comme toute la vie, la gestion d\u2019une entreprise est une \u00e9volution constante o\u00f9 l\u2019on ne cesse de grandir et d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience. M\u00eame si ce\u00a0n\u2019est pas toujours facile et que l\u2019on doit faire preuve de discipline, il est important de ne jamais perdre le plaisir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u2019o\u00f9 mon message aux jeunes entrepreneurs\u2009: acqu\u00e9rez de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience dans d\u2019autres entreprises pour l\u2019avenir.
