Une partie du montant des ventes est revers\u00e9e en faveur du patrimoine alpestre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(Photo: Louis Origine)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Monse, Le Lap\u00e9, Sur Plan\u00e9, La Guignarde, Mol\u00e9son, En Lys\u2026 La maison Louis Origine propose avec le confiseur bullois Romain Leemann neuf r\u00e9pliques en chocolat de chalets d\u2019alpage existants. Steve Gallay, architecte et cofondateur de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fribourgeoise, s\u2019est charg\u00e9 de leur miniaturisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Chacun des \u00e9difices renferme des saveurs d\u2019une r\u00e9gion ou d\u2019un terroir aux marqueurs forts\u2009: anis, framboise, poire \u00e0 Botzi, vieille prune, bricelet, meringue double cr\u00e8me, miel, safran moutarde de B\u00e9nichon, vin cuit. \u00ab\u2009Ces chalets deviennent de petites madeleines de Proust qui rappellent des \u00e9motions ancr\u00e9es dans la culture r\u00e9gionale\u2009\u00bb, souligne Laure Gallay, directrice de Louis Origine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-transmettre-et-partager\">Transmettre et partager<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00e9pos\u00e9s dans une bo\u00eete m\u00e9tallique, les pralin\u00e9s reposent sur une plaque en chocolat. \u00ab\u2009Nous avons ax\u00e9 le design sur un texte et un visuel sobre pour informer le consommateur sur ce qu\u2019il va acheter\u2009; l\u2019essentiel n\u2019\u00e9tant pas le contenant, mais le contenu.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La d\u00e9marche ne s\u2019arr\u00eate toutefois pas l\u00e0. Un franc par bo\u00eete vendue est revers\u00e9 au Fonds Louis Origine pour le patrimoine alpestre dont l\u2019Association patrimoine Gruy\u00e8re-Veveyse assure la gestion. \u00ab\u2009L\u2019utilisation qui pourra \u00eatre faite de ce fonds va assurer un h\u00e9ritage.
