Elle a non seulement remport\u00e9 le concours, mais a \u00e9galement acquis une exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9cieuse pour la vie.Lors de la pr\u00e9paration, j\u2019ai appris comment monter un programme de concours \u00e0 partir de z\u00e9ro. Au d\u00e9but, il \u00e9tait difficile d\u2019estimer le nombre de produits complexes et compliqu\u00e9s que je pourrais produire au cours de ce temps. Mais il \u00e9tait facile de me motiver lors des pr\u00e9parations, car j\u2019\u00e9prouvais beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les produits et on a vite vu les progr\u00e8s. Ce qui m\u2019a aussi motiv\u00e9e \u00e9tait le grand soutien et que tout le monde se r\u00e9jouissait tellement avec moi. Cela faisait plaisir que tout le monde soit enthousiaste et que j\u2019avais toujours quelqu\u2019un \u00e0 mes c\u00f4t\u00e9s en cas de difficult\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Surmonter des crises<br>De temps en temps j\u2019avais de petites crises lors desquelles je pensais que je n\u2019y arriverais plus. Mais j\u2019ai appris \u00e0 me reprendre en main et penser de mani\u00e8re positive. Faire le plein d\u2019\u00e9nergie afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer mes fautes. De plus, j\u2019ai pu appliquer les conclusions du travail approfondi sur la gestion de la pression que nous avions r\u00e9dig\u00e9 au cours de la troisi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e d\u2019apprentissage. Nous y avions compar\u00e9 le comportement dans le sport et au travail et appris de nombreuses techniques. Je ne sais pas quelle diff\u00e9rence cela fait r\u00e9ellement, mais je pense que cela m\u2019a certainement rendue un peu plus forte mentalement, parce que nous avions trait\u00e9 ce sujet de mani\u00e8re intense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-experience-extraordinaire\">Une exp\u00e9rience extraordinaire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les SwissSkills ont d\u00e9pass\u00e9 toutes mes attentes. L\u2019ambiance \u00e9tait super et c\u2019\u00e9tait tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant de voir ce que les autres candidates et candidats faisaient comme produits et quelles id\u00e9es ils avaient par rapport au sujet de la Chine. De plus, je me suis tr\u00e8s bien entendue avec mes concurrents en si peu de temps. Il \u00e9tait fort int\u00e9ressant d\u2019entendre tout ce qu\u2019ils avaient v\u00e9cu lors de leurs pr\u00e9parations et tout ce qu\u2019ils avaient d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait au pr\u00e9alable. Nous \u00e9tions tout de suite sur la m\u00eame longueur d\u2019onde, parce que nous avions tous poursuivi le m\u00eame objectif au cours des derniers mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00e9trospectivement, j\u2019ai remarqu\u00e9 \u00e0 quel point on porte un regard critique sur ses produits apr\u00e8s toute cette pratique. A la fin de chaque comp\u00e9tition, je pensais toujours\u2009: ce produit n\u2019est pas beau, celui-ci n\u2019est pas parfait. Mais j\u2019ai essay\u00e9 de me rappeler qu\u2019il ne s\u2019agissait que de petites choses et que dans l\u2019ensemble, tout s\u2019\u00e9tait quand m\u00eame bien pass\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les SwissSkills repr\u00e9sentent une exp\u00e9rience extraordinaire et chaque heure que j\u2019ai investie en valait pleinement la peine.
