En raison de la pand\u00e9mie, les organisateurs se sont r\u00e9solus \u00e0 annuler \u00ab\u2009cette ann\u00e9e encore\u2009\u00bb la manifestation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Petits ou grands amateurs de douceurs devront patienter une ann\u00e9e suppl\u00e9mentaire avant d\u2019appr\u00e9cier les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s des exposants du festival du chocolat de Versoix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009C\u2019est avec le c\u0153ur lourd\u2009\u00bb que Versoix a annonc\u00e9 l\u2019annulation de Festichoc, \u00e0 la mi-janvier. Cette 16e \u00e9dition \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vue les 20 et 21\u202fmars dans la commune genevoise. \u00ab\u2009Au vu des directives f\u00e9d\u00e9rales et cantonales actuelles, de la situation pand\u00e9mique en Suisse et des r\u00e9ponses que nous avons re\u00e7ues des autorit\u00e9s comp\u00e9tentes, nous avons d\u00fb nous r\u00e9soudre, cette ann\u00e9e encore, \u00e0 annuler notre festival d\u00e9di\u00e9 au chocolat artisanal et ses m\u00e9tiers\u2009\u00bb, a inform\u00e9 le communiqu\u00e9 de la ville, le 20\u202fjanvier. Report\u00e9 en 2020, il l\u2019est donc \u00e9galement en 2021. Les organisateurs donnent rendez-vous aux exposants l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine et promettent \u00ab\u2009une \u00e9dition 2022 de folie\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-visibilite-extraordinaire\">\u00ab\u2009Visibilit\u00e9 extraordinaire\u2009\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette annulation ne laisse pas les exposants de marbre. Bien que pas surpris, plusieurs d\u2019entre eux la regrettent. \u00ab\u2009Ce salon nous apporte une visibilit\u00e9 extraordinaire, du fait qu\u2019il est gratuit. Il attire un grand nombre de personnes\u2009\u00bb, explique Yves Borgeaud, administrateur d\u2019Albert Pougnier SA \u00e0 Carouge (GE). Un sentiment que partage St\u00e9phane Oberson. Le directeur de Boulangerie Oberson SA \u00e0 Vernier ajoute\u2009: \u00ab\u2009M\u00eame si l\u2019investissement physique est important, nous perdons l\u00e0 l\u2019occasion de nous mettre en valeur, (\u2026) de faire de belles rencontres donnant quelques fois sur de belles opportunit\u00e9s et de r\u00e9aliser un chiffre d\u2019affaires non n\u00e9gligeable sur deux journ\u00e9es intenses.\u2009\u00bb Pour Nicolas Taillens, de Taillens SA \u00e0 Crans-Montana (VS), ce sont des \u00ab\u2009premiers tests sur la r\u00e9action des clients par rapport aux articles de P\u00e2ques\u2009\u00bb qui s\u2019envolent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-vendee-globe-des-apprentis\">Le Vend\u00e9e Globe des apprentis<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Festichoc annul\u00e9, il en est de m\u00eame pour l\u2019exposition de pi\u00e8ces artistiques des apprentis genevois\u2026 Du moins en public. Le concours aura lieu, mais \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole et sur internet, comme l\u2019a confirm\u00e9 son organisateur et responsable, le boulanger-confiseur Jo\u00ebl M\u00e9rigonde. Le th\u00e8me choisi cette ann\u00e9e est le Vend\u00e9e Globe. \u00ab\u2009Nous avions choisi ce sujet en raison de la participation du skipper versoisien Alain Roura \u00e0 cette course \u00e0 la voile autour du monde en solitaire\u2009\u00bb. Une cinquantaine d\u2019apprentis devraient apporter leurs pi\u00e8ces \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole le 15\u202fmars, selon ses estimations. Un coll\u00e8ge d\u2019experts les \u00e9valuera. Une pr\u00e9sentation aura aussi lieu sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux afin de permettre au public de voter pour leur pi\u00e8ce pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9e\u2009; de quoi aussi poursuivre la promotion de la fili\u00e8re.
