Les tests, les vaccinations et le tra\u00e7age des contacts doivent \u00eatre davantage utilis\u00e9s \u00e0 cet effet. Une mise en \u0153uvre rapide et la plus simple possible est \u00e9galement exig\u00e9e pour les cas de rigueur.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral d\u00e9cidera mercredi prochain, le 17 f\u00e9vrier, si le confinement doit \u00eatre assoupli, prolong\u00e9, voire renforc\u00e9. La base de d\u00e9cision de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration ne repose pas sur des faits, mais sur des sc\u00e9narios d\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abNous nous engageons pour nos membres en unissant nos forces, et mettons tout en \u0153uvre en vue d\u2019une r\u00e9ouverture de la restauration d\u00e8s le mois de mars\u00bb, souligne le pr\u00e9sident de la BCS Silvan Hotz, qui est \u00e9galement membre du comit\u00e9 directeur de l\u2019usam. Lors de sa derni\u00e8re s\u00e9ance, ce dernier a adopt\u00e9 une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissbaker.ch\/inhalte\/02_news\/2021\/2_februar\/20210107_pospa_covid19_lockdown_fr.pdf\">prise de position<\/a> sur le coronavirus et \u00e9galement lanc\u00e9 un appel des PME.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les exigences ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9es lors de la conf\u00e9rence de presse du d\u00e9but de la semaine. L\u2019\u00e9conomie suisse et la Suisse dans son ensemble ont imp\u00e9rativement besoin d\u2019une perspective. Un tel projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9labor\u00e9 et toutes les parties prenantes sont convaincues qu\u2019il fonctionnerait. Selon Fabio Regazzi, conseiller national et pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019usam, cela permettrait de \u00abjuguler les dommages caus\u00e9s par le confinement\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les mesures de protection devraient bien entendu \u00eatre syst\u00e9matiquement respect\u00e9es, et il faudrait renforcer les vaccinations, les tests \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle et le tra\u00e7age des contacts. C\u2019est le seul moyen pour que la libert\u00e9 \u00e9conomique puisse \u00eatre \u00e0 nouveau garantie et que les interactions sociales puissent progressivement revenir \u00e0 la normale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mise-en-oeuvre-rapide-pour-les-cas-de-rigueur\">Mise en \u0153uvre rapide pour les cas de rigueur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Union cantonale zurichoise des arts et m\u00e9tiers Werner Scherrer, il est minuit moins cinq et l\u2019attentisme n\u2019est pas une option. Il exige des mesures d\u2019accompagnement imm\u00e9diates afin que les PME puissent rouvrir de mani\u00e8re ordonn\u00e9e tout en minimisant le risque de contagion. Selon lui, les entreprises concern\u00e9es par les fermetures sont par ailleurs tributaires de la mise en \u0153uvre rapide et la plus simple possible des mesures applicables aux cas de rigueur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ruine-de-leur-existence\">Ruine de leur existence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abPour certaines entreprises, l\u2019avenir est d\u00e9j\u00e0 pass\u00e9\u00bb, selon Thomas Prenosil, PDG de Spr\u00fcngli et pr\u00e9sident de ASSOCIATION DE COMMERCE.swiss. Il conna\u00eet des entrepreneurs chevronn\u00e9s aujourd\u2019hui confront\u00e9s \u00e0 la ruine de leur existence qui disent: \u00abNous sommes en train de crever\u00bb. Il exige donc de \u00abstopper cette h\u00e9catombe et de laisser les entrepreneurs sauver leurs entreprises!\u00bb La situation est grave, la Suisse a imp\u00e9rativement besoin de perspective, tel est le message exprim\u00e9 par le directeur de l\u2019usam Hans-Ulrich Bigler lors de la conf\u00e9rence de presse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-petition\">P\u00e9tition<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Outre l\u2019usam, diff\u00e9rents intervenants aspirent \u00e9galement \u00e0 l\u2019ouverture des commerces et des restaurants d\u00e9but mars.
