Que reste-t-il apr\u00e8s plus de 36 ans en tant que directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2026Contrairement \u00e0 une auto\u00e9valuation h\u00e9r\u00e9tique d\u2019une \u00e9ventuelle \u00ab\u2009aggripation\u2009\u00bb au poste, une grande satisfaction et gratitude.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours de cette p\u00e9riode, j\u2019ai pu initier et accompagner de nombreux d\u00e9veloppements int\u00e9ressants et novateurs et, dans le meilleur des cas, je peux maintenant en pleine forme, confier la responsabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019entreprise saine et bien positionn\u00e9e \u00e0 des mains jeunes et motiv\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Que serait notre vie sans les aliments ferment\u00e9s et les aliments de luxe tels que le pain, le fromage, le vin et la bi\u00e8re\u2009?<br><br>La petite cellule de levure, avec son grand effet, m\u2019a marqu\u00e9e. Les aliments sont tr\u00e8s excitants, c\u2019est un moyen de vivre. La fermentation est \u00e9galement un point fort tr\u00e8s particulier. Notre humble cellule de levure fait un travail incroyable. Que serait notre vie sans les aliments ferment\u00e9s et les aliments de luxe tels que le pain, le fromage, le vin et la bi\u00e8re\u2009? Ma conclusion est claire\u2009: une telle existence ne vaudrait gu\u00e8re la peine d\u2019\u00eatre v\u00e9cue, car elle serait mis\u00e9rable, monotone et triste\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La levure est et reste une grande partie dans ma vie. A l\u2019avenir aussi, le d\u00e9veloppement miraculeux d\u2019une p\u00e2te de levure aromatique me ravira. L\u2019odeur absolument envo\u00fbtante du pain frais et des d\u00e9licieuses p\u00e2tisseries me raviront et je me r\u00e9galerai d\u2019un bon morceau de fromage, d\u2019un bon verre de vin rouge ou d\u2019une bonne bi\u00e8re avec.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce qui restera, seront aussi les souvenirs d\u2019innombrables rencontres toujours enrichissantes avec des boulangers de tout le pays. Je vous souhaite \u00e0 tous beaucoup de force et d\u2019\u00e9nergie en ces temps difficiles, l\u2019endurance n\u00e9cessaire et plein de clients fid\u00e8les. Vous obtiendrez alors le succ\u00e8s m\u00e9rit\u00e9.
