Avec 70\u2019000 visiteurs, le salon a enregistr\u00e9 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse par rapport \u00e0 2015 (71\u2019000). En 2013, ils \u00e9taient 76\u2019000 \u00e0 avoir fr\u00e9quent\u00e9 la manifestation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cuisine-peruvienne\">Cuisine p\u00e9ruvienne<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le P\u00e9rou \u00e9tait invit\u00e9 d\u2019honneur. L\u2019ambassadeur Luis E. Ch\u00e0vez Basagoitia a \u00e9t\u00e9 accueilli, \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de la journ\u00e9e p\u00e9ruvienne mardi. Le chef de cuisine Heinrich Herold a donn\u00e9 un aper\u00e7u des sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de la cuisine p\u00e9ruvienne et servi un d\u00e9licieux ceviche. La pr\u00e9sence de nombreux journalistes p\u00e9ruviens a aussi permis \u00e0 Igeho de se faire conna\u00eetre au-del\u00e0 des fronti\u00e8res, via les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mosimann et Loong<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>On a \u00e9galement crois\u00e9 diff\u00e9rents experts nationaux et internationaux \u00e0 Igheo Campus : l\u2019acteur et h\u00f4telier Max Loong, en tant que pr\u00e9sentateur, et le \u00ab gentleman du secteur culinaire \u00bb Anton Mosimann, par exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au Swiss Hospitality Investment Forum qui s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 au Congress Center Basel, des investisseurs et des h\u00f4teliers se sont retrouv\u00e9s pour des \u00e9changes intenses.
