Le quadrag\u00e9naire grison ne s\u2019est pas avou\u00e9 vaincu. Avec le soutien de sa famille, il a fait un saut dans une autre sph\u00e8re avec la mise au point d\u2019une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 innovante\u2009: le plus petit g\u00e2teau aux noix des Grisons. Aujourd\u2019hui, le nouveau hall \u00e0 Sedrun (GR) produit jusqu\u2019\u00e0 17\u2009000 pi\u00e8ces par heure. Le marketing est en plein essor. Neuf vari\u00e9t\u00e9s existent et sont distribu\u00e9es dans 13 pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-neuf-millions-de-francs\">Neuf millions de francs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a environ quatre ans, Reto Schmid a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 planifier une installation de production. La boulangerie que son p\u00e8re avait fait construire en 1978 pour un million de francs \u00e9tait devenue trop exigu\u00eb. La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape a consist\u00e9 \u00e0 trouver un terrain appropri\u00e9. La neuvi\u00e8me tentative a \u00e9t\u00e9 un coup de chance\u2009: juste en face du b\u00e2timent principal, le caf\u00e9-boulangerie, dans la rue principale du village. \u00ab\u2009J\u2019ai moi-m\u00eame r\u00e9uni les 9\u202fmillions de francs pour l\u2019achat du terrain et la construction\u2009\u00bb, dit-il avec fiert\u00e9. Convaincue par le projet, l\u2019Aide suisse \u00e0 la montagne a apport\u00e9 une contribution de 750\u2009000\u202ffrancs. Les travaux ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en septembre\u202f2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La production sur site a d\u00e9but\u00e9 le 1er\u202fjuillet 2020 et l\u2019\u00e9picerie fine a \u00e9t\u00e9 ouverte d\u00e9but d\u00e9cembre. Le b\u00e2timent de deux \u00e9tages et demi en b\u00e9ton et en bois des Grisons, d\u2019une surface utile de 2000\u202fm2, s\u2019int\u00e8gre dans le paysage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-cinquante-tonnes-de-chocolat\">Cinquante tonnes de chocolat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e se trouve la production de chocolat, visible \u00e0 travers une paroi de verre depuis la boutique. L\u2019entreprise de M. Schmid a vendu 50 tonnes de chocolat d\u00e8s la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le hall d\u2019emballage repr\u00e9sente un autre point fort. Son \u00e9quipement multifonctionnel r\u00e9pond au large \u00e9ventail de besoins individuels des clients. Ce n\u2019est pas seulement le produit qui compte pour le patron, mais tout ce qui l\u2019entoure, y compris l\u2019emballage. \u00ab\u2009Lorsqu\u2019un client ouvre l\u2019emballage, il doit s\u2019exclamer \u2039\u2009wow\u2009!\u2009\u203a\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Le coup d\u2019\u00c9tat avec les mini-g\u00e2teaux m\u2019a rendu tout cela possible\u2009\u00bb, note fi\u00e8rement Reto Schmid.
