En accord avec son employeur, le chef chocolatier de Suard \u00e0 Fribourg part \u00e0 la conqu\u00eate de ses origines\u2009: le Portugal.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En attendant d\u2019ouvrir une boutique au Portugal, Jorge Cardoso fait ses armes sur internet avec l\u2019accord de son employeur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Avec trois CFC en poche et des participations couronn\u00e9es de succ\u00e8s \u00e0 des concours professionnels internationaux, Jorge Cardoso est sans cesse \u00e0 la recherche de d\u00e9fis. Le cuisinier-boulanger-confiseur poss\u00e8de d\u00e9sormais sa boutique en ligne, depuis environ un mois. Amandes et noisettes chocolat\u00e9es, grands crus, rochers, tablettes\u2026 Il y propose plus d\u2019une vingtaine de sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s, sous sa marque \u00e9ponyme. Originalit\u00e9\u2009: il est toujours le chef chocolatier de Boulangerie-P\u00e2tisserie-Confiserie Suard SA \u00e0 Fribourg. Ses produits sont d\u2019ailleurs tous issus du laboratoire fribourgeois. Autrement dit, le futur trentenaire a lanc\u00e9 son shop avec l\u2019approbation de son employeur. Il doit cependant s\u2019assurer qu\u2019aucune vente ne se fasse en Suisse, dans un souci de concurrence directe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-risques-limites\">Risques limit\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019origine du projet, M.\u202fCardoso avait dans l\u2019id\u00e9e d\u2019ouvrir une boutique r\u00e9elle et une autre virtuelle au Portugal, son pays natal. Cette structure aurait offert \u00e0 ses compatriotes de trouver du chocolat suisse. \u00ab\u2009Nous en trouvons de moins en moins et son prix ne cesse d\u2019augmenter\u2009\u00bb, argumente-t-il. Un emplacement avait \u00e9t\u00e9 rep\u00e9r\u00e9 et un producteur de chocolat helv\u00e9tique approch\u00e9. Entretemps, la Covid a jou\u00e9 les trouble-f\u00eates. Il met en \u00ab\u2009stand-by\u2009\u00bb son magasin, mais ouvre son shop. \u00ab\u2009C\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019unique solution qui limitait les risques\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s propos\u00e9es sont de relativement longue conservation. Post\u00e9es, elles ne doivent pas se d\u00e9t\u00e9riorer durant le trajet, et les clients b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de temps pour les consommer. Jorge Cardoso les a \u00e9labor\u00e9es, mais elles proviennent toutes de l\u2019assortiment Suard. \u00ab\u2009En quelque sorte, j\u2019ach\u00e8te en vrac des produits que j\u2019ai imagin\u00e9s. Je prends la quantit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire dont j\u2019ai besoin. Je la mentionne sur une liste que je transmets plus loin pour la facturation. Je ram\u00e8ne les articles \u00e0 mon domicile. Je peux de cette fa\u00e7on pr\u00e9parer le terrain, acqu\u00e9rir de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, me faire conna\u00eetre davantage, presque sans perte et \u00e0 moindres frais.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En attendant de pouvoir concr\u00e9tiser son r\u00eave d\u2019ouvrir son propre point de vente dans l\u2019est de la P\u00e9ninsule Ib\u00e9rique, ce passionn\u00e9 hyperactif multiplie les projets.
