Apr\u00e8s d\u2019innombrables exp\u00e9riences, elle porte \u00e0 nouveau sa casquette de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re\u2009: l\u2019activit\u00e9 qui lui donne le plus de satisfaction.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai toujours aim\u00e9 \u00eatre cr\u00e9ative. Toute petite, je faisais beaucoup de bricolage, de couture et de p\u00e2tisserie. Cette passion pour les douceurs est devenue ma vocation, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 mon apprentissage de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse. J\u2019ai fait mon apprentissage \u00e0 la confiserie Spr\u00fcngli AG. Le temps a pass\u00e9 tr\u00e8s vite et j\u2019ai acquis de solides connaissances de base. En ao\u00fbt\u202f2019, j\u2019ai termin\u00e9 mon apprentissage avec la meilleure note du canton de Zurich, ce dont je suis encore tr\u00e8s fi\u00e8re aujourd\u2019hui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-experiences-a-londres\">Exp\u00e9riences \u00e0 Londres<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s ma formation, j\u2019ai voulu rassembler de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger sur le plan professionnel, linguistique et personnel. Je me suis install\u00e9e \u00e0 Londres pendant six mois. J\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 dans le c\u00e9l\u00e8bre restaurant Mosimann\u2019s Club. Travailler en Angleterre a constitu\u00e9 un grand contraste, une exp\u00e9rience d\u2019un tout nouveau genre sur le plan professionnel. Apr\u00e8s avoir suivi mon apprentissage dans une grande entreprise, je travaillais au rez-de-chauss\u00e9e d\u2019une ancienne \u00e9glise avec une petite \u00e9quipe de p\u00e2tisserie. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 une p\u00e9riode tr\u00e8s instructive, riche en impression et enseignement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009C\u2019est quelque chose de g\u00e9nial de voir les desserts et produits de p\u00e2tisserie uniques qui peuvent \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9s.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-saison-estivale-a-gstaad\">Saison estivale \u00e0 Gstaad<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De retour en Suisse, j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 pendant une saison d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 dans la p\u00e2tisserie de l\u2019h\u00f4tel cinq \u00e9toiles The Alpina \u00e0 Gstaad (BE). J\u2019ai ador\u00e9 utiliser de nouvelles techniques pour cr\u00e9er des assiettes de dessert artistique et d\u00e9velopper mes comp\u00e9tences. J\u2019aime la fa\u00e7on d\u00e9licate et pr\u00e9cise de travailler pour enchanter nos h\u00f4tes, aussi bien au niveau visuel que gustatif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-presenter-mon-savoir-faire\">Pr\u00e9senter mon savoir-faire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant mon travail saisonnier, j\u2019ai re\u00e7u la merveilleuse nouvelle que j\u2019\u00e9tais autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 participer aux SwissSkills 2020. Je me suis concentr\u00e9e pleinement sur mon entra\u00eenement pendant l\u2019intersaison. J\u2019ai d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 mes propres cr\u00e9ations et r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi \u00e0 ce que je pouvais r\u00e9aliser. Ces semaines ont \u00e9t\u00e9 intenses, mais je les ai toujours pass\u00e9es en cuisine avec beaucoup de joie et de gratitude. C\u2019est merveilleux d\u2019avoir pu montrer tout ce que j\u2019avais appris lors du concours. Les efforts en ont valu la peine\u2009: je suis devenue championne suisse\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-exactement-au-bon-endroit\">Exactement au bon endroit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s d\u2019innombrables exp\u00e9riences, je suis de retour \u00e0 Gstaad pour la saison d\u2019hiver. Je travaille \u00e0 nouveau dans la p\u00e2tisserie. C\u2019est quelque chose de g\u00e9nial de voir les desserts et produits de p\u00e2tisserie uniques qui peuvent \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9s. Je pense qu\u2019il est extr\u00eamement important de faire ce qui me tient \u00e0 c\u0153ur et me rend heureuse. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que je suis au bon endroit, en p\u00e2tisserie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abJ\u2019aime les bonnes choses. J\u2019exerce mon m\u00e9tier avec beaucoup de passion et je tire toujours le positif de toute situation.\u00bb<br><br>J\u2019ai vraiment h\u00e2te de participer aux championnats du monde de 2022 \u00e0 Shanghai en Chine.
