Le r\u00e8glement relatif \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre est en passe d\u2019\u00eatre finalis\u00e9, et sera soumis \u00e0 l\u2019approbation du Conseil f\u00e9d\u00e9ral lors de sa s\u00e9ance du 12 mars 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le r\u00e8glement qui entrera en vigueur le 1er avril 2021 constitue la base juridique pour les PdQ en relation avec coronavirus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-generalites\">G\u00e9n\u00e9ralit\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Cette ann\u00e9e, malgr\u00e9 la pand\u00e9mie, les examens finaux se d\u00e9rouleront r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement dans la mesure du possible conform\u00e9ment aux ordonnances sur la formation (OrFo).<\/li><li>La mise en \u0153uvre \u00e9tant du ressort des cantons, il pourrait y avoir des diff\u00e9rences cantonales ou r\u00e9gionales, bien que toutes les parties prenantes (la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration et les cantons) souhaitent s\u2019en tenir \u00e0 une PdQ ordinaire dans la mesure du possible.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><br>L\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) a fait les d\u00e9marches n\u00e9cessaires aupr\u00e8s de la Conf\u00e9d\u00e9ration pour les m\u00e9tiers de la production, et \u00e0 nouveau \u00e9t\u00e9 parmi les premi\u00e8res \u00e0 recevoir par courriel le 7 janvier 2021 l\u2019autorisation de r\u00e9aliser la PdQ de mani\u00e8re habituelle (TPP = travaux pratiques prescrits).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail, les d\u00e9s sont d\u00e9sormais \u00e9galement jet\u00e9s. L\u2019information de l\u2019organisation nationale du monde du travail (OrTra) est tomb\u00e9e le 19 f\u00e9vrier: les examens pourront \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9s selon l\u2019OrFo (sans pauses).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les plans de protection des entreprises devant \u00eatre respect\u00e9s, les expertes et experts ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 inform\u00e9s en la mati\u00e8re par les chefs experts et document\u00e9s d\u2019une notice de la BCS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abNous tenons \u00e0 remercier tous les intervenants de leur engagement en vue d\u2019une PdQ 2021 ordinaire\u00bb, rel\u00e8ve le vice-directeur de Richemont Markus Zimmerli.
