Le Grand Prix des artisans boulangers-confiseurs pr\u00e9vu la veille au soir est annul\u00e9. La remise de la couronne boulang\u00e8re fera suite \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour ordinaire. Le comit\u00e9 central d\u00e9cidera \u00e0 la mi-avril du d\u00e9roulement en pr\u00e9sentiel ou en virtuel de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement \u00e0 Berne.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le congr\u00e8s 2020 de l\u2019Association suisse des patrons boulangers-confiseurs (BCS) a \u00e9t\u00e9 annul\u00e9 en raison du coronavirus. Les affaires statutaires seront trait\u00e9es lors du congr\u00e8s 2021. Le 3e Grand Prix des artisans boulangers-confiseurs, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement organis\u00e9 la veille au soir, a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 report\u00e9. Il aurait d\u00fb intervenir en janvier\u202f2021 \u00e0 Berne, lors du nouveau salon de l\u2019alimentation FBKplus. Le salon a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 repouss\u00e9 en janvier\u202f2022 en raison de la pand\u00e9mie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-election-du-cc-et-du-president\">Election du CC et du pr\u00e9sident<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette ann\u00e9e, le congr\u00e8s de la BCS doit imp\u00e9rativement avoir lieu. Son ordre du jour est copieux\u2009: \u00e9lection des membres du comit\u00e9 central (CC) et du pr\u00e9sident. Lors de leur s\u00e9ance en ligne, les membres du CC ont largement d\u00e9battu de sa tenue en pr\u00e9sentiel, par correspondance ou en virtuel. La majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de renoncer \u00e0 l\u2019option par correspondance pour privil\u00e9gier une tenue en pr\u00e9sentiel ou en virtuel selon la situation pand\u00e9mique. La d\u00e9cision d\u2019annuler le 3e Grand Prix des artisans boulangers-confiseurs a aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 prise. La remise de la couronne boulang\u00e8re et l\u2019\u00e9lection de l\u2019Ambassadeur du pain et du chocolat feront pour leur part directement suite \u00e0 l\u2019ordre du jour ordinaire du congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-inscrire-les-delegues-en-temps-utile\">Inscrire les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s en temps utile<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le CC d\u00e9cidera \u00e0 la mi-avril de la forme sous laquelle se d\u00e9roulera l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement. Ind\u00e9pendamment de cela, le congr\u00e8s est d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 en cours de pr\u00e9paration. Le directeur de la BCS Urs Wellauer a appel\u00e9 les associations cantonales \u00e0 inscrire les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s en temps utile. L\u2019envoi y relatif aux associations cantonales a \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Nous n\u2019avons pu organiser de congr\u00e8s l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. J\u2019esp\u00e8re qu\u2019il aura lieu en pr\u00e9sentiel cette ann\u00e9e, j\u2019aimerais vraiment revoir les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s\u2009\u00bb, a soulign\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident de la BCS Silvan Hotz lors de la s\u00e9ance du CC.
