Ils doivent cependant conserver des traditions. Igeho 2017 sera le rendez-vous des repr\u00e9sentants de la branche qui r\u00e9ussissent cette prouesse au quotidien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mutation-numerique\">Mutation num\u00e9rique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Igeho Campus sera la plate-forme pour les inspirations et les impulsions. Il sera le lieu pour \u00e9largir son r\u00e9seau de contacts et profiter des exp\u00e9riences et des connaissances des experts, lors des expos\u00e9s et des s\u00e9ances de discussions. Les th\u00e8mes seront vari\u00e9s\u2009: \u00ab\u2009La Suisse survit-elle en tant qu\u2019\u00eelot \u00e0 prix \u00e9lev\u00e9s\u2009?\u2009\u00bb, \u00ab\u2009\u00catre pr\u00eat pour l\u2019\u00e8re du num\u00e9rique\u2009\u00bb ou \u00ab\u2009Le fonctionnement actuel et futur d\u2019un h\u00f4tel\u2009\u00bb. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 des conf\u00e9renciers, l\u2019ambassadeur de la jeunesse de l\u2019UE Ali Mahlodji abordera le th\u00e8me \u00ab\u2009Simplicit\u00e9 par le storytelling \u2013 le leadership d\u2019une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration\u2009\u00bb, par exemple. L\u2019auteur de best-sellers et sp\u00e9cialiste du storytelling Dr Veit Etzold pr\u00e9sentera un expos\u00e9 sur le \u00ab\u2009storytelling num\u00e9rique\u2009\u00bb\u2009: \u00ab\u2009To tell is to sell \u2013 plus d\u2019attention, plus d\u2019invit\u00e9s, plus de flexibilit\u00e9\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cuisiniers professionnels et jeunes talents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans la cuisine de d\u00e9monstration de l\u2019Ar\u00e8ne culinaire, des chefs \u00e9toil\u00e9s, chevronn\u00e9s et de jeunes talents d\u00e9voileront leur savoir-faire culinaire, pr\u00e9senteront des philosophies culinaires et r\u00e9v\u00e9leront leurs recettes \u00e0 succ\u00e8s. En outre, le Restaurant CH ouvrira \u00e0 nouveau ses portes. Les \u00e9tudiants de la classe terminale de l\u2019\u00c9cole h\u00f4teli\u00e8re du parc Belvoir y feront la d\u00e9monstration de leur savoir-faire. Le menu offrira des plats typiquement suisses et des d\u00e9lices r\u00e9gionaux. Les visiteurs pourront emporter des plats dans les all\u00e9es ou commander et payer en ligne, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de l\u2019appli \u00ab\u2009Menu \u2013 Ton serveur mobile\u2009\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 21 et le 22\u202fnovembre, Igeho abritera la deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9dition du Swiss Hospitality Investment Forum (SHIF) au Congress Center Basel. SHIF proposera entre autres aux propri\u00e9taires d\u2019h\u00f4tels, gastronomes, repr\u00e9sentants de marques, investisseurs priv\u00e9s et investisseurs la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9changer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mefa se d\u00e9roulera aussi parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 Igeho. Le salon de l\u2019industrie de la viande et de la production alimentaire est le plus grand et le plus important rendez-vous sectoriel en Suisse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nouveaux concepts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Comp\u00e9tence spa\u2009\u00bb fait partie des nouveaut\u00e9s.
