La d\u00e9claration nutritionnelle sur les produits pr\u00e9emball\u00e9s est \u00e9galement concern\u00e9e par les changements.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout d&#8217;abord, une nouvelle rassurante: les denr\u00e9es alimentaires de <strong>fabrication artisanale vendues directement resteront exempt\u00e9es de l&#8217;obligation<\/strong> de d\u00e9claration nutritionnelle. La condition est que les produits soient vendus sans interm\u00e9diaire dans un <strong>rayon de 50\u00a0kilom\u00e8tres.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour tous les autres produits, il faut v\u00e9rifier si la d\u00e9claration nutritionnelle a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la nouvelle forme de pr\u00e9sentation Big 7 (indication de la teneur en sucre et en acides gras satur\u00e9s comprise). La variante plus petite Big 5, autoris\u00e9e jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, ne peut \u00eatre appos\u00e9e sur les produits que jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 fin janvier 2025. Les produits fabriqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir du 1<sup>er<\/sup>&nbsp;f\u00e9vrier devront obligatoirement \u00eatre \u00e9tiquet\u00e9s avec des informations nutritionnelles selon le sch\u00e9ma Big&nbsp;7.
