La responsable de production Leonie Tschui explique pourquoi il en est ainsi\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Dix de nos treize postes de travail sont de nature int\u00e9grative.\u2009\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Une boulangerie int\u00e9grative\u2026 j\u2019en ai r\u00eav\u00e9 pendant une quinzaine d\u2019ann\u00e9es\u2009\u00bb, d\u00e9clare Stephan Weber, directeur de la fondation WBM de Madiswil, commune voisine. Le fournil avec passage vers le caf\u00e9 va dans ce sens\u2009: \u00ab\u2009La discussion entre la client\u00e8le et le personnel est voulue, parce qu\u2019elle permet une v\u00e9ritable inclusion \u00e0 mes yeux\u2009\u00bb, poursuit-il. L\u2019ambiance r\u00e9sultant de cette interaction est passionnante\u2009: \u00ab\u2009L\u2019atmosph\u00e8re particuli\u00e8re et quelque peu diff\u00e9rente du fournil d\u00e9teint sur le bistrot, dont la client\u00e8le aime \u00e0 lancer des compliments par-dessus le comptoir.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ouverture de l\u2019\u00e9tablissement a permis au village de Rohrbach de retrouver une boulangerie apr\u00e8s une longue p\u00e9riode de disette. \u00ab\u2009Les habitants ont mis quelque temps \u00e0 s\u2019y habituer\u2009\u00bb, selon Leonie Tschui, la responsable de production. Mais depuis, des clients du canton de Lucerne viennent aussi r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement, se r\u00e9jouit la boulang\u00e8re en chef.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019initiateur du projet a lui aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 confront\u00e9 \u00e0 une situation nouvelle au moment du lancement\u2009: au-del\u00e0 de son exp\u00e9rience \u00ab\u2009m\u00e9nag\u00e8re\u2009\u00bb, Stephan Weber n\u2019y connaissait rien en boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie artisanale. \u00ab\u2009D\u00e8s le d\u00e9but, le secteur, ses entreprises et l\u2019association cantonale bernoise se sont montr\u00e9s tr\u00e8s bienveillants \u00e0 notre \u00e9gard\u2009\u00bb, note le directeur avec satisfaction. \u00ab\u2009Nous avons pu reprendre une grande partie de l\u2019\u00e9quipement d\u2019une autre boulangerie\u2009; on nous a transmis beaucoup de connaissances techniques et on nous a m\u00eame propos\u00e9 des recettes.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:28px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f09a950beaf520ca9d22c85fb5f6a9a9\" id=\"h-habitat-travail-et-vivre-chez-wbm\" style=\"color:#cc9933\">Habitat, travail et vivre chez WBM<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-f7b3366cb3a48a49a99ce81edd0c1c2b\" style=\"color:#cc9933\"><strong>La fondation WBM, dont le si\u00e8ge est \u00e0 Madiswil (BE), accompagne depuis plus de 50 ans des personnes en situation de handicap dans les domaines de l\u2019habitat, du travail et de l\u2019int\u00e9gration professionnelle. Avec la boulangerie Bim Donner, la fondation emploie pr\u00e8s de 220 personnes dans les secteurs de la fabrication m\u00e9canique, du montage, de l\u2019emballage, de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie et de l\u2019atelier. Le si\u00e8ge principal comprend \u00e9galement une maison d\u2019habitation permettant \u00e0 25 r\u00e9sidents de vivre dans un environnement autod\u00e9termin\u00e9 et individuel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:27px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-gage-de-l-artisanat\">Le gage de l\u2019artisanat<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Leonie Tschui, p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse de formation, a pris la direction de la production il y a deux ans. Elle est depuis responsable de l\u2019\u00e9quipe de treize personnes. Sa t\u00e2che est particuli\u00e8re, puisqu\u2019il s\u2019agit majoritairement de postes de travail int\u00e9gratifs. \u00ab\u2009Je suis une personne patiente et je voulais en tirer parti\u2009\u00bb, d\u00e9clare-t-elle pour expliquer son changement. Atteindre ses propres objectifs de qualit\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 sa premi\u00e8re pr\u00e9occupation lorsqu\u2019elle a pris son poste\u2009; et c\u2019est encore le cas aujourd\u2019hui. \u00ab\u2009Nous n\u2019avons pas de r\u00e9partition des t\u00e2ches, tout le monde fait tout chez nous. Ceux qui en veulent plus ne s\u2019ennuient pas pour autant\u2009: le hit du mois offre de la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 dans le travail quotidien. \u00ab\u2009En s\u2019y essayant, ceux qui le souhaitent peuvent tester leurs limites.
