Pourtant, aujourd\u2019hui encore, les eaux-devie de fruits ont une image poussi\u00e9reuse. Beaucoup associent ces distillats \u00e0 la vie \u00e0 la campagne, aux paysans et aux personnes \u00e2g\u00e9es.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayant grandi \u00e0 la campagne, il en va de m\u00eame pour moi. Lors des f\u00eates de famille, on posait souvent une bouteille d\u2019eau-de-vie de fruits, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement distill\u00e9e par nos soins, sur la table apr\u00e8s le repas ou on faisait du \u00ab caf\u00e9 lutz ou fertig\u00bb. Mais l\u2019usage des eaux-de-vie de fruits ne se borne de loin pas \u00e0 cela.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, de nombreuses grandes distilleries connues ont travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00ab rajeunir \u00bb leur image et \u00e0 rendre ainsi leurs produits plus attrayants pour un public plus large. Certaines d\u2019entre elles ont cr\u00e9\u00e9 des produits explicitement destin\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s dans des cocktails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 tous ces efforts, les eaux-de-vie de fruits restent dans l\u2019ombre du gin, du whisky et consorts, mais de plus en plus de bars du monde entier les int\u00e8grent \u00e0 leurs boissons. Les eaux-de-vie de fruits sont devenues l\u2019un de mes ingr\u00e9dients pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s pour cr\u00e9er de nouvelles boissons, car aucun autre distillat n\u2019apporte des ar\u00f4mes aussi intenses et complexes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De fait, il ne faut souvent recourir qu\u2019\u00e0 une petite quantit\u00e9 par rapport \u00e0 d\u2019autres spiritueux, ce qui est non n\u00e9gligeable vu le prix. Par ailleurs, de plus en plus de produits avec un taux d\u2019alcool plus faible arrivent sur le march\u00e9, ce qui facilite leur usage pour les boissons low ABV. J\u2019esp\u00e8re qu\u2019on appr\u00e9ciera et qu\u2019on utilisera toujours plus les eaux-de-vie de fruits \u00e0 l\u2019avenir et qu\u2019elles parviendront \u00e0 se d\u00e9barrasser compl\u00e8tement de leur image poussi\u00e9reuse.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-right\"><em>Rebekka Anna Salzmann<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p>Ag\u00e9e de 32 ans, Rebekka Anna Salzmann travaille depuis pr\u00e8s de huit ans comme barmaid.
