En sa qualit\u00e9 d\u2019Ambassadeur du pain et du chocolat, il a pu mettre la main \u00e0 la p\u00e2te et observer avec un profond respect l\u2019ardeur de l\u2019\u00e9quipe Krenger. \u00ab Je suis enthousiasm\u00e9 par le professionnalisme et la coordination du travail effectu\u00e9 ici \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 M. Hess avec admiration, tandis qu\u2019une collaboratrice d\u00e9corait du pain d\u2019\u00e9pices \u00e0 ses c\u00f4t\u00e9s. Il n\u2019a pas tari d\u2019\u00e9loges en exprimant son estime pour l\u2019artisanat : \u00ab Je suis tr\u00e8s impressionn\u00e9 par le fait que tout soit encore fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 la main ici \u00bb, a-t-il soulign\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sous la direction patiente de Stephan Krenger, M. Hess a finalement fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 son premier bonhomme en p\u00e2te avec la concentration requise. Lors de sa visite du fournil, il a go\u00fbt\u00e9 tant au savoir-faire artisanal qu\u2019\u00e0 la passion du secteur. Cette exp\u00e9rience lui a fait prendre encore plus conscience de l\u2019importance du m\u00e9tier artisanal de boulanger-p\u00e2tissier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UNE RENCONTRE PR\u00c9CIEUSE ENTRE LA POLITIQUE ET L\u2019ARTISANAT<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour Stephan Krenger, la visite de Lorenz Hess a \u00e9t\u00e9 une excellente occasion de mettre en avant le caract\u00e8re particulier de l\u2019artisanat et de souligner l\u2019importance du soutien politique pour le secteur. \u00ab Notre branche vit de la passion et de l\u2019engagement de l\u2019humain \u00bb, a conclu M. Krenger. La rencontre entre la politique et l\u2019artisanat a mis en \u00e9vidence l\u2019importance de reconna\u00eetre la valeur de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie artisanale traditionnelle et de promouvoir les exigences \u00e9lev\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9 et d\u2019authenticit\u00e9.
