{"id":87054,"date":"2024-12-04T16:42:23","date_gmt":"2024-12-04T15:42:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/?p=87054"},"modified":"2024-12-05T08:04:58","modified_gmt":"2024-12-05T07:04:58","slug":"plus-dapprentis-en-production","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/fr\/panissimo-news\/plus-dapprentis-en-production\/","title":{"rendered":"Plus d&#8217;apprentis en production"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Nouvelle r\u00e9jouissante pour la production dans le secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie : on recense pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 2024 une l\u00e9g\u00e8re augmentation du nombre de nouveaux apprentis et apprenties, le commerce de d\u00e9tail devant pour sa part faire face \u00e0 une diminution apr\u00e8s deux ann\u00e9es de stabilit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur la base de ces chiffres, Lisa Frunz, membre du comit\u00e9 central (CC) et responsable du commerce de d\u00e9tail, ainsi que Peter Signer, responsable de la formation de la BCS en production, s\u2019accordent \u00e0 dire qu\u2019il faut continuer \u00e0 faire de la publicit\u00e9 pour les m\u00e9tiers de notre secteur et \u00e0 former les jeunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"608\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/23_1_lernende_zahlen_f-1024x608.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-87058\" srcset=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/23_1_lernende_zahlen_f-1024x608.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/23_1_lernende_zahlen_f-768x456.jpg 768w, https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/12\/23_1_lernende_zahlen_f.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hausse-dans-la-production\">Hausse dans la production<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p> Au total, 491 apprentis ont commenc\u00e9 cet \u00e9t\u00e9 leur formation en production en tant que boulanger-p\u00e2tissier-confiseur\/CFC et AFP. Deux cent septante-sept ont opt\u00e9 pour l\u2019orientation boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie, 152 pour l\u2019orientation p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie et 62 pour un apprentissage AFP. La plus forte augmentation a eu lieu dans la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie : une bonne vingtaine de contrats d\u2019apprentissage de plus ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sign\u00e9s par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente et une quinzaine de plus qu\u2019en 2021. Le nombre d\u2019apprentis en p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie est rest\u00e9 pratiquement identique \u00e0 celui de l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente (153) et donc inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de 2021 (170). Cette ann\u00e9e, 62 jeunes ont opt\u00e9 pour un apprentissage AFP dans la production (58 en 2023 ; 73 en 2022).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-recul-dans-le-commerce-de-detail\"><br>Recul dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s deux ann\u00e9es de stabilit\u00e9, le commerce de d\u00e9tail conna\u00eet un recul tant pour les formations CFC que pour les formations AFP. Alors qu\u2019il y avait encore 143 apprentis CFC en 2021 et 2022, ils sont presque 30 de moins cette ann\u00e9e (115 en 2024). Pour les assistants du commerce de d\u00e9tail, le nombre a diminu\u00e9 de 14 par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, passant \u00e0 46. Au total, 161 jeunes ont donc commenc\u00e9 une formation dans le commerce de d\u00e9tail en boulangerie-confiserie cette ann\u00e9e. Cela repr\u00e9sente un total d\u2019environ 650 nouveaux jeunes dans le secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie, dont deux tiers de femmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-preseverer\">Pres\u00e9v\u00e9rer<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, le Secr\u00e9tariat d\u2019Etat \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie (Seco) avait pr\u00e9dit un recul d\u2019environ 20\u2019000 contrats d\u2019apprentissage d\u2019ici 2025, toutes professions confondues. Or, \u00e0 la fin ao\u00fbt, 1000 contrats de plus avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 conclus par rapport \u00e0 l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Peter Signer se r\u00e9jouit de ce chiffre en hausse : \u00ab C\u2019est formidable de voir cette augmentation du nombre d\u2019apprentis dans la production. \u00bb Il faut toutefois pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer, continuer \u00e0 promouvoir les m\u00e9tiers \u00ab et surtout \u00e0 former des jeunes \u00bb, a indiqu\u00e9 Peter Signer \u00e0 ses coll\u00e8gues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019esprit combatif de Lisa Frunz s\u2019est r\u00e9veill\u00e9 : \u00ab Malgr\u00e9 l\u2019image attrayante de nos magasins, nous ne pouvons que partiellement rivaliser avec nos grands concurrents. Le corps enseignant et les parents voient dans les entreprises connues plus de stabilit\u00e9 et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9. Les investissements dans les programmes d\u2019apprentissage sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e9galement importants, et les apprentis b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019avantages suppl\u00e9mentaires, dont des rabais, des semaines d\u2019apprentissage, des vacances suppl\u00e9mentaires ou l\u2019exemption de travail le dimanche. Il est donc capital que nous autres membres de notre secteur fassions conna\u00eetre positivement nos valeurs et notre artisanat cr\u00e9atif dans les m\u00e9dias. Montrez ce que vous faites et soyez-en fiers !
