Elle a finalement fait de sa passion un m\u00e9tier en suivant une formation de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse \u00e0 la Confiserie Spr\u00fcngli de Dietikon (ZH).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le choix des aliments que la terre nous offre est tout simplement fabuleux et tr\u00e8s int\u00e9ressant. J\u2019ai toujours tout aim\u00e9 et essay\u00e9 toutes sortes de plats. Mais ce que je pr\u00e9f\u00e8re, c\u2019est cr\u00e9er des desserts, et c\u2019est pourquoi j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de faire de ma passion mon m\u00e9tier. Mettre un sourire sur le visage des gens avec des d\u00e9lices sucr\u00e9s est un sentiment merveilleux. Pendant mon stage dans une boulangerie et pendant mon apprentissage de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse, j\u2019ai eu l\u2019occasion de d\u00e9couvrir de nombreux aspects de cette profession<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Le meilleur moment a \u00e9t\u00e9 de voir en personne \u00e0 quel point les clients appr\u00e9cient nos produits \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-se-familiariser-lentement-au-metier\">Se familiariser lentement au m\u00e9tier<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un stage dans la boulangerie de mon village m\u2019a permis de faire une premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9rience dans ce domaine. J\u2019ai pass\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e enti\u00e8re \u00e0 m\u2019occuper de produits de confiserie tels que les tartes et les p\u00e2tisseries. J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 lentement initi\u00e9e \u00e0 la transformation des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res avant de commencer mon apprentissage \u00e0 la Confiserie Spr\u00fcngli. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 un \u00e9norme changement par rapport \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re petite exploitation, mais j\u2019ai aim\u00e9 les nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s qu\u2019une telle entreprise m\u2019offrait. Pendant mon apprentissage, j\u2019ai vu et appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 de nombreuses choses. Puis il y a eu les jours des Junior-Weeks o\u00f9 j\u2019\u00e9tais autoris\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00e9corer des p\u00e2tisseries avec des lettres dans le magasin &#8211; directement devant les clients. Le meilleur moment a \u00e9t\u00e9 de voir en personne \u00e0 quel point les clients appr\u00e9cient nos produits et de pouvoir \u00e9changer avec eux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-comprendre-la-theorie-derriere-la-pratique\">Comprendre la th\u00e9orie derri\u00e8re la pratique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai aussi \u00e9t\u00e9 choisie pour \u00eatre le visage d\u2019un film publicitaire, qui est encore diffus\u00e9 en ligne. Cela m\u2019a permis de faire de nouvelles exp\u00e9riences en dehors de mon m\u00e9tier\u2009; ce qui n\u2019est pas courant dans notre branche. En outre, mes exp\u00e9riences au sein de l\u2019entreprise m\u2019ont permis d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir de nombreuses comp\u00e9tences et techniques pour traiter et confectionner des produits de grande qualit\u00e9. Gr\u00e2ce aux cours de l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle, j\u2019ai ensuite compris de plus en plus la th\u00e9orie qui se cache derri\u00e8re la pratique.<br>J\u2019ai aussi suivi des cours facultatifs \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, comme un cours sur le chocolat ou le sucre. Nous avons y d\u00e9velopper nos comp\u00e9tences avec les diff\u00e9rentes mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et apprendre beaucoup de choses. Dans les deux cours, nous avons r\u00e9alis\u00e9 des produits sophistiqu\u00e9s \u00e0 partir des mat\u00e9riaux respectifs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-possibilites-illimitees\">Des possibilit\u00e9s illimit\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019avais besoin de ces comp\u00e9tences pour ma participation annuelle \u00e0 Decorissima, un concours organis\u00e9 par l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle. Il permet de se mesurer \u00e0 ses coll\u00e8gues apprentis et j\u2019ai remport\u00e9 deux fois la deuxi\u00e8me place. Ce concours a lieu chaque ann\u00e9e et, pour chaque ann\u00e9e d\u2019apprentissage, les niveaux de difficult\u00e9 des travaux sont diff\u00e9rents. Il y a toujours une grande exposition avec les pi\u00e8ces ma\u00eetresses. Une belle occasion de montrer aux gens combien notre profession est vari\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ces exp\u00e9riences et \u00e0 bien d\u2019autres, je suis arriv\u00e9e au point o\u00f9 j\u2019en suis aujourd\u2019hui\u2009; soit juste avant mon examen final de p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse. Je suis fi\u00e8re de tout ce que j\u2019ai d\u00e9j\u00e0 accompli et j\u2019ai h\u00e2te de commencer ma vie professionnelle.
