Pour Margrit et G\u00e9rald Saudan, au-del\u00e0 du concours, le SBT repr\u00e9sente un excellent moyen de promotion.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Margrit et G\u00e9rald Saudan, tous deux p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs, ont repris la boulangerie de Fribourg en 2006, apr\u00e8s avoir voyag\u00e9 pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es. Et c\u2019est d\u00e8s cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0 qu\u2019ils ont commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 participer au Swiss Bakery Trophy (SBT), G\u00e9rald Saudan ayant toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 un grand amateur de concours\u2009: \u00ab\u2009J\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 vice-champion europ\u00e9en de la boulangerie, et 4e aux championnats du monde avec l\u2019\u00e9quipe de Suisse, par exemple.\u2009\u00bb Mais au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019amour de la comp\u00e9tition, ce qui motive le patron de la boulangerie \u00e0 participer \u00e0 chaque \u00e9dition du SBT est l\u2019\u00e9mulation interne que cela procure \u00e0 son \u00e9quipe\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Remporter des m\u00e9dailles et des titres repr\u00e9sente beaucoup de plaisir et de fiert\u00e9 pour tous les collaborateurs.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Remporter des m\u00e9dailles et des titres repr\u00e9sente beaucoup de plaisir et de fiert\u00e9 pour tous les collaborateurs.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-excellent-outil-marketing\">Un excellent outil marketing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour le couple Saudan, le SBT est avant tout un excellent outil marketing\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Le but est de pouvoir faire la promotion des produits que nous vendons en magasin, mais aussi de l\u2019\u00e9quipe qui se trouve derri\u00e8re leur cr\u00e9ation.\u2009\u00bb C\u2019est pourquoi, ils ne cr\u00e9ent pas des produits de concours, mais pr\u00e9sentent ceux du quotidien, et surtout de saison\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Si on remporte une m\u00e9daille, les clients veulent venir acheter ce produit directement apr\u00e8s le concours. Il<br>faut donc que les produits soient disponibles. Nous choisissons alors ceux de notre assortiment novembre-janvier.\u2009\u00bb C\u2019est aussi important de montrer des m\u00e9dailles \u00e0 jour dans leur magasin, quitte \u00e0 remettre certains produits au concours \u00e0 chaque \u00e9dition\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Nous ne voyons pas le but de mettre des vignettes de 2010 sur nos produits en magasin, car cela ne veut plus rien dire. Pour nous, seules les m\u00e9dailles de la derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition sont pertinentes.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-des-titres-depuis-presque-dix-ans\">Des titres depuis presque dix ans<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2012, la boulangerie Saudan a remport\u00e9 le titre de Swiss Bakery Trophy Champion\u2009; un prix cr\u00e9\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois en 2010. Et depuis 2014, ils ont d\u00e9croch\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re place cantonale \u00e0 chaque \u00e9dition\u2009: \u00ab\u2009C\u2019est \u00e0 chaque fois une belle surprise et beaucoup de fiert\u00e9. Nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour pr\u00e9senter des produits de qualit\u00e9, mais nos concurrents cantonaux sont eux aussi excellents, donc ce n\u2019est de loin pas une certitude de pouvoir garder ce titre.\u2009\u00bb C\u2019est tout de m\u00eame ce qu\u2019ils vont essayer de faire \u00e0 la prochaine \u00e9dition, du 28\u202foctobre au 1er\u202fnovembre prochain\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Nous ne mettons jamais la pression sur notre \u00e9quipe, mais c\u2019est s\u00fbr que le titre est toujours une fiert\u00e9 et que ce serait une d\u00e9ception de le perdre.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-promotion-ou-amelioration\">Promotion ou am\u00e9lioration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00e9rald Saudan encourage vivement les artisans \u00e0 participer au SBT, m\u00eame ceux qui ne sont d\u2019ordinaire pas friands de concours\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Il faut voir cela comme un excellent moyen de promouvoir des produits, plus qu\u2019une comp\u00e9tition.
