Swiss granum demande une hausse du contingent de 60\u2009000 tonnes, en plus des 20\u2009000 que Berne a d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9cid\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le bl\u00e9 panifiable, l\u2019\u00e9peautre et le seigle affichent des r\u00e9coltes bien inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 2023. La r\u00e9colte a d\u00e9bouch\u00e9 sur un volume de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales panifiables de 250\u2009773 tonnes (2023\u202f: 373\u2009136\u202ft). Il s\u2019agit de la plus faible r\u00e9colte des 25 derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Les rendements moyens sont tr\u00e8s bas pour toutes les cultures et sont inf\u00e9rieurs de plus de 30\u202f% \u00e0 la moyenne des dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es (\u00d8 : 389\u2009704\u202ft), selon swiss granum. Les conditions m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques ont constitu\u00e9 le probl\u00e8me principal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-contamination-accrue-en-mycotoxines\">Contamination accrue en mycotoxines<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela a provoqu\u00e9 des retards pour les semis, une pression accrue des maladies et par cons\u00e9quent une baisse du potentiel de rendement. Les quantit\u00e9s de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales panifiables non aptes \u00e0 la panification notamment \u00e0 cause d\u2019une contamination par les mycotoxines s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 pr\u00e8s de 20\u2009000\u202ft et peuvent \u00eatre commercialis\u00e9es dans le secteur fourrager. Environ 2000\u202ft de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales panifiables ont d\u00fb \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9es.<br>La m\u00e9t\u00e9o a aussi affect\u00e9 la qualit\u00e9 du bl\u00e9 panifiable. Les poids \u00e0 l\u2019hectolitre ont \u00e9t\u00e9 impact\u00e9s n\u00e9gativement et sont plus faibles que l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les premiers sondages de qualit\u00e9 de swiss granum montrent n\u00e9anmoins des teneurs en prot\u00e9ine, des valeurs Z\u00e9l\u00e9ny et des temps de chute plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s que l\u2019ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. Les valeurs des trois param\u00e8tres mentionn\u00e9s d\u00e9passent toutes la moyenne des cinq derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. La qualit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9colte 2024 d\u00e9finitive, les analyses de laboratoire termin\u00e9s et les tests de panification seront pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s lors de la Journ\u00e9e de la qualit\u00e9, le 19\u202fnovembre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-hausse-du-contingent-demandee\">Hausse du contingent demand\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En tenant compte des stocks disponibles le 1er\u202fjuillet, il r\u00e9sulte un solde positif de la r\u00e9colte de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales panifiables de cette ann\u00e9e d\u2019environ 6000\u202ft. Selon l\u2019estimation des partenaires du march\u00e9, cette quantit\u00e9 ne suffira pas jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la r\u00e9colte 2025. Pour garantir un approvisionnement suffisant en c\u00e9r\u00e9ales panifiables, swiss granum a d\u00e9pos\u00e9 une demande aupr\u00e8s de l\u2019Office f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de l\u2019agriculture. Cette demande comprend une augmentation de 60\u2009000\u202ft du contingent tarifaire pour 2025 ainsi qu\u2019une adaptation de la r\u00e9partition des quantit\u00e9s lib\u00e9r\u00e9es du contingent tarifaire n\u00b0\u202f27 (c\u00e9r\u00e9ales panifiables) limit\u00e9e \u00e0 2025. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces mesures rendront disponibles une quantit\u00e9 totale de 110\u2009000\u202ft pendant le premier semestre 2025.
