Un \u00e9v\u00e9nement r\u00e9ussi de bout en bout et au rayonnement national.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dixi\u00e8me Swiss Bakery Trophy, qui a eu lieu dans le cadre du Salon Suisse des Go\u00fbts et Terroirs du 30\u202foctobre au 3\u202fnovembre \u00e0 Bulle (FR), s\u2019est distingu\u00e9 par beaucoup de cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9, d\u2019innovation et de savoir-faire artisanal de la part des boulangers-confiseurs suisses. 1461 produits ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s au total, soit 58 de plus que lors de l\u2019ann\u00e9e record 2012. 177 exploitations ont particip\u00e9 au concours national.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-niveau-eleve\">Un niveau \u00e9lev\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u2009Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une ann\u00e9e exceptionnelle\u2009\u00bb, s\u2019est r\u00e9joui le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Association\u00ad romande des artisans boulangers-p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs (ARABPC), G\u00e9rard Fornerod, lors de la remise des prix dimanche dernier. Le niveau \u00e9tait impressionnant\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Les jur\u00e9s ont pu d\u00e9couvrir des saveurs raffin\u00e9es, des textures g\u00e9n\u00e9reuses ainsi que des parfums de haut niveau\u2009; tout comme des produits innovants\u2009\u00bb. Le plus important, celui du champion 25\/27, a \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9 \u00e0 Ackermann Artisan Boulanger S\u00e0rl, Grandson (VD). Le propri\u00e9taire Christophe Ackermann a \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 sur le podium les membres de l\u2019\u00e9quipe pr\u00e9sents. Son p\u00e8re  Ackermann \u00e9tait de la partie, il a chaleureusement embrass\u00e9 son fils et a exprim\u00e9 sa fiert\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019animateur S\u00e9bastien Rey\u2009; une voix radio tr\u00e8s populaire en Suisse romande. Son \u00e9quipe a fourni un excellent travail, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le propri\u00e9taire, surpris. Il est tr\u00e8s satisfait des produits qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s. Le propri\u00e9taire Simon Nicod s\u2019est montr\u00e9 surpris par le score maximal de 100 points. Le propri\u00e9taire Thomas Christen est mont\u00e9 sur le podium avec son fils Linus. A la question de savoir ce qu\u2019il y avait de particulier dans ce produit, S\u00e9v\u00e9rine Cossetti, sa cr\u00e9atrice, a r\u00e9pondu\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Rien\u2009\u00bb. L\u2019\u00e9quipe pr\u00e9sente sur le podium avec Laurent Buri s\u2019est r\u00e9jouie de cette victoire. Il est toutefois clair pour tous qu\u2019ils ont peut-\u00eatre gagn\u00e9 aujourd\u2019hui, mais qu\u2019un nouveau challenge les attend demain. Le prix a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cern\u00e9 \u00e0 la Confiserie Al Porto (Tenero\/TI) pour son Giandujotto. Non, ils ne s\u2019attendaient pas \u00e0 recevoir ce troph\u00e9e, mais ils y croyaient, a expliqu\u00e9 le copropri\u00e9taire Paolo Loraschi. Car il faut croire en ce que l\u2019on fait. Le Giandujotto a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 il y a d\u00e9j\u00e0 environ un an, \u00e0 partir de diff\u00e9rents composants qui offrent une v\u00e9ritable exp\u00e9rience gustative, a expliqu\u00e9 le directeur adjoint de production Lorenzo Catanzani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-prix-special-anniversaire-et-distinctions\">Prix sp\u00e9cial anniversaire et distinctions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Un prix sp\u00e9cial a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019occasion de cet anniversaire. Les participants dont le produit avait remport\u00e9 une m\u00e9daille d\u2019or lors des \u00e9ditions pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes ont pu \u00e0 nouveau soumettre leur produit. Le jury a d\u00e9sign\u00e9 deux gagnants\u2009: Nafzger GmbH de W\u00e4ngi (TG) avec la tourte au cidre de Thurgovie (M\u00e9daille d\u2019or 2006) et la Boulangerie Bread Store de Crissier (VD) avec le Croissant au beurre (M\u00e9daille d\u2019or 2021). Il s\u2019agit dans les deux cas de produits phares et aucun n\u2019a vu sa recette modifi\u00e9e au cours des ann\u00e9es.<br>Catherine Oberson a \u00e9t\u00e9 chaleureusement applaudie lors de la remise des prix. Elle a accompagn\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement en coulisses durant les dix derni\u00e8res \u00e9ditions et a fourni un travail pr\u00e9cieux, a soulign\u00e9 Nicolas Taillens, pr\u00e9sident du
