Apr\u00e8s plusieurs ann\u00e9es de questionnement, ce documentaire, controvers\u00e9 pour certains, est la goutte de trop pour le patron Pascal Dubois. \u00ab\u2009Je ne serai plus complice du ravage et de l\u2019esclavagisme faits dans les eaux du globe\u2009!\u2009\u00bb Si les d\u00e9cisions individuelles sont importantes et \u00e0 ne pas n\u00e9gliger, le pouvoir des commerces d\u2019agir sur l\u2019offre l\u2019est tout autant. \u00ab\u2009Les clients me font confiance pour leur proposer des produits de qualit\u00e9, bons et responsables, aussi il ne m\u2019est plus possible de cautionner la destruction en cours dans les oc\u00e9ans.\u2009\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ventes-impactees\">Ventes impact\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision n\u2019est pas prise \u00e0 la l\u00e9g\u00e8re du c\u00f4t\u00e9 comptable. Environ 15\u202f% des ventes des snacks et sandwiches proviennent des articles \u00e0 base de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res marines. \u00ab\u2009Il faudra expliquer notre choix \u00e0 la client\u00e8le. Le travail ne sera pas simple pour notre personnel de vente. Nous esp\u00e9rons qu\u2019elle se montrera compr\u00e9hensive et nous soutiendra dans notre d\u00e9marche\u2009\u00bb, explique Solange Cevat, la fille de l\u2019artisan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M.\u202fDubois recherche des solutions de remplacement saines et \u00e9cologiquement responsables afin de garder assez de diversit\u00e9. Il propose d\u2019ores et d\u00e9j\u00e0 des pains pita \u00e0 la f\u00eata et des falafels. Des cr\u00e9ations \u00e0 base de substituts de produits marins sont aussi pr\u00e9vues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un avenir proche, du poisson pourrait m\u00eame r\u00e9appara\u00eetre dans la vitrine, mais des vari\u00e9t\u00e9s issues d\u2019un commerce local et \u00e9thique. Des discussions avec des p\u00eacheurs locaux sont en cours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Cette d\u00e9marche s\u2019inscrit dans la philosophie de l\u2019entreprise\u2009: \u00ab\u2009Nos pr\u00e9parations sont faites maison et nous privil\u00e9gions les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res r\u00e9gionales.
