Huit candidats tenteront d\u2019obtenir le titre de champion romand et tessinois 2017.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les jeunes p\u00e2tissiers-confiseurs qui ont obtenu la meilleure moyenne g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de leur canton durant les examens de fin d\u2019apprentissage 2017 disputeront cette finale. Ils disposeront de 5 heures pour confectionner une multitude de produits sp\u00e9cifiques sur le th\u00e8me de carnaval. Ils devront ensuite pr\u00e9senter leurs produits de la plus belle des mani\u00e8res sur une table.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-candidats\">Les candidats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Valentina Cavagliotti, Tessin (apprentissage chez M\u00fcnger, Paradiso).<br>M\u00e9lissa Demont, Vaud (Pultau, St-Sulpice).<br>Antoine Ernst, Vaud (Nessi, Lausanne).<br>Cynthia Ferreira, Fribourg (Chocolaterie de Gruy\u00e8re, Gruy\u00e8re).<br>Lindsay Furer, Neuch\u00e2tel (Au C\u0153ur de France, La Chaux-de-Fonds).<br>Thibault Gevin, Gen\u00e8ve (Oberson, Gen\u00e8ve).<br>Margaux Pillonel, Fribourg (Suard, Fribourg).<br>Florian Terrettaz, Valais (Taillens, Crans-Montana)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les cantons sont autoris\u00e9s \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter deux candidats, \u00e0 la condition que la moyenne g\u00e9n\u00e9rale ou la moyenne pratique du deuxi\u00e8me participant soit sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 5. Le Jura n\u2019est pas repr\u00e9sent\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Remise des prix<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le public pourra admirer les travaux des sept finalistes d\u00e8s 17h15 au premier \u00e9tage de l\u2019EPM \u00e0 Clarens (VD), le jour du concours.
