Sera-t-il de la partie lors des festivit\u00e9s?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Fredy Hiestand assistera aux festivit\u00e9s le vendredi, avec des amis et partenaires, et \u00e0 la f\u00eate des collaborateurs le samedi. Il est un pionnier absolu dans notre secteur et un boulanger passionn\u00e9. Ces qualit\u00e9s \u00e9taient en contradiction avec la proc\u00e9dure orient\u00e9e processus de l\u2019\u00e9quipe dirigeante de l\u2019\u00e9poque. Les personnes en question ne sont plus chez nous depuis longtemps. La direction actuelle et de nombreux anciens compagnons de route sont encore tr\u00e8s li\u00e9s \u00e0 Fredy \u2013 Chris Pl\u00fcss, notre directeur, et moi-m\u00eame sommes ses amis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Profitez-vous de son grand savoir-faire?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Indirectement oui. Certains de nos collaborateurs perp\u00e9tuent toujours ses id\u00e9es et sa philosophie. Le ma\u00eetre boulanger Peter Sutter, pour n\u2019en citer qu\u2019un, travaille depuis 45 ans dans notre entreprise, et a v\u00e9cu beaucoup de choses avec Fredy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Aryzta, respectivement Hiestand, font l\u2019objet de critiques dans notre secteur, mais aussi de la part du grand public. Quels sont selon vous les points d\u2019attaque les plus fr\u00e9quents?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Les critiques ont notamment trait \u00e0 notre groupe, aux bonus excessifs du management d\u2019Aryzta, \u00e0 la performance insatisfaisante et au manque de transparence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le CEO et le chef des finances ont \u00e9t\u00e9 remplac\u00e9s cette ann\u00e9e. Le Blick en a fait ses gros titres. Les choses se sont-elles calm\u00e9es depuis?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le groupe est en train de se r\u00e9inventer. Il a fait table rase de sa direction g\u00e9n\u00e9rale. La nouvelle \u00e9quipe dirigeante est en train d\u2019\u00e9laborer une nouvelle strat\u00e9gie. Au niveau international, nous revenons \u00e0 nos racines, \u00e0 la boulangerie et \u00e0 des produits de boulangerie \u00e0 vocation locale. Aryzta en Suisse est et reste plus que jamais une entreprise locale et pragmatique. Nous nous sommes focalis\u00e9s sur l\u2019activit\u00e9 suisse dans le cadre de toutes les turbulences, et nous avons continu\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler tranquillement. Les excellentes relations clients n\u2019en ont pas souffert, nous avons au contraire r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 les consolider et \u00e0 les d\u00e9velopper. Nous allons continuer \u00e0 investir dans notre site suisse et am\u00e9liorer encore nos possibilit\u00e9s de production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019est-ce qui caract\u00e9rise votre entreprise?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Nous perp\u00e9tuons l\u2019esprit pionnier du fondateur. Nous l\u2019avons m\u00eame d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 encore. L\u2019engagement des collaborateurs et la passion pour les produits de boulangerie sont nos moteurs. Le nom de Hiestand nous oblige tous les jours \u00e0 influencer le march\u00e9 avec de savoureux produits de boulangerie novateurs, et donc \u00e0 avoir toujours un temps d\u2019avance sur la concurrence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Qu\u2019en est-il des livraisons chez Aryzta?<br>A part la r\u00e9duction de volume imputable au non-renouvellement du contrat joint venture avec Coop, nous sommes satisfaits de l\u2019\u00e9volution des livraisons. Le nombre de clients est en augmentation; nous avons perdu le volume de Coop, qui est substantiel. Nous avons n\u00e9anmoins r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 gagner des parts de march\u00e9 au cours des six derniers mois, et continuons \u00e0 nous d\u00e9velopper. Nous explorons de nouveaux segments de march\u00e9; nous nous sommes \u00e9galement renforc\u00e9s dans la restauration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour que cela fonctionne, il faut de l\u2019ampleur et de la profondeur. Sans compter les labels priv\u00e9s, nous g\u00e9rons plus de 1000 produits de boulangerie surgel\u00e9s et sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s de restauration. Nous ne pouvons n\u00e9anmoins pas nous arr\u00eater, et voulons continuer \u00e0 nous profiler sur le march\u00e9 avec des solutions novatrices et un excellent service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Coop a fait beaucoup de mal. Quel est l\u2019impact en pourcentage?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Environ 30 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En pourcentage, quel est l\u2019ordre de grandeur du terrain regagn\u00e9 entre-temps?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Je ne peux pas vous le dire comme \u00e7a. Coop est et reste notre principal partenaire. Les deux parties ont fait preuve de beaucoup de professionnalisme et de coop\u00e9ration lors du transfert \u00e0 Schafisheim de produits, mais aussi d\u2019une partie de nos collaborateurs.
