Dot\u00e9e d\u2019un excellent bagage et d\u2019une grande passion, c\u2019est d\u00e9sormais la cinqui\u00e8me g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui dirige l\u2019entreprise.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le samedi matin, une liste des t\u00e2ches \u00e0 accomplir pour la journ\u00e9e \u00e9tait affich\u00e9e dans la maison Meier. Chacune des cinq filles devait en assumer cinq. Celle qui se levait la premi\u00e8re pouvait choisir. L\u00e8ve-t\u00f4t depuis son plus jeune \u00e2ge, Ursina Meier se d\u00e9lectait toujours de s\u2019atteler \u00e0 celles de la production. \u00ab\u2009Il \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 clair \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9poque que je voulais devenir boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re\u2009\u00bb, confie Ursina Meier lors de notre rencontre au sein de la boulangerie. La voie vers l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance professionnelle n\u2019\u00e9tait pourtant pas toute trac\u00e9e \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-les-meilleures-notes-a-deux-reprises\">Les meilleures notes \u00e0 deux reprises<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La professionnelle zurichoise s\u2019est pr\u00e9par\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re exemplaire \u00e0 son r\u00f4le d\u2019entrepreneuse. Apr\u00e8s son apprentissage de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re chez Ehriker Beck \u00e0 Ehrikon (ZH), elle a obtenu le dipl\u00f4me de commerce en cours d\u2019emploi et \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9e en 2008 pour participer aux championnats suisses des m\u00e9tiers. Elle a acquis de pr\u00e9cieuses connaissances en p\u00e2tisserie \u00e0 la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Fleischli de Niederglatt (ZH) et lors d\u2019un emploi saisonnier dans un h\u00f4tel en Algarve (P) sous la direction du chef doublement \u00e9toil\u00e9 Hans Neuer. A son retour du Portugal, Ursina Meier a travaill\u00e9 dans l\u2019entreprise de ses parents en tant que responsable du fournil. Elle a pass\u00e9 l\u2019examen professionnel en 2014 et l\u2019examen professionnel sup\u00e9rieur (EPS) en 2021\u2009; tous deux avec les meilleures notes.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"300\" height=\"413\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/20_2_ursina_meier_3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-85068\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Ursina Meier, passionn\u00e9e par son m\u00e9tier<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-developpement-strategique\">D\u00e9veloppement strat\u00e9gique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans le cadre de la formation continue de l\u2019EPS, Ursina Meier a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un business plan intitul\u00e9 \u00ab\u2009D\u00e9veloppement strat\u00e9gique de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie Meier dans l\u2019Oberland zurichois\u2009\u00bb qui comprenait quatre projets. Elle voulait ainsi s\u2019assurer de ne pas devoir se lancer dans l\u2019ind\u00e9pendance avec des charges h\u00e9rit\u00e9es du pass\u00e9. L\u2019un des points est satisfait\u2009: le nouveau site internet est en place depuis 2022. Un autre projet est l\u2019ouverture d\u2019un local en libre-service, pour \u00e9viter \u00e0 la client\u00e8le de se retrouver devant une porte close, sachant que les heures d\u2019ouverture du magasin ont \u00e9t\u00e9 quelque peu r\u00e9duites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-une-belle-collaboration\">\u00ab\u2009Une belle collaboration\u2009\u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Unique propri\u00e9taire de la boulangerie Meier \u00e0 B\u00e4retswil depuis 2024, Ursina Meier est toutefois loin d\u2019\u00eatre seule. Ses parents, Regula et Theo Meier, l\u2019aident toujours activement. Elle appr\u00e9cie ce soutien\u2009: \u00ab\u2009C\u2019est une belle collaboration. La nuit, mon p\u00e8re et moi sommes toujours seuls. Il commence \u00e0 2 heures, et moi 45\u202fminutes plus tard. Chacun fait sa part. Nous avons alors le temps de discuter.
