Elle en a voulu faire son m\u00e9tier.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019ai trouv\u00e9 tr\u00e8s t\u00f4t &#8211; \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge de cinq ans (!) &#8211; le m\u00e9tier de mes r\u00eaves. J\u2019adorais faire des cakes et des muffins \u00e0 la maison, pr\u00e9parer diff\u00e9rents g\u00e2teaux et pralin\u00e9s. C\u2019est devenu l\u2019un de mes hobbies favoris. Comme je voulais en faire mon m\u00e9tier, j\u2019ai \u00e9t\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois \u00e0 douze ans voir comment cela se passait dans une boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie. J\u2019ai imm\u00e9diatement su que c\u2019\u00e9tait le m\u00e9tier de mes r\u00eaves. Par la suite, j\u2019ai fait huit autres stages d\u00e9couverte dans ma r\u00e9gion dans diff\u00e9rentes exploitations, afin de trouver celle qui conviendrait le mieux pour mon apprentissage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-apprentissage-et-formation-continue\"><strong>Apprentissage et formation continue<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 ma formation de boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re en 2011, j\u2019ai tr\u00e8s vite compris que je voulais continuer \u00e0 me former plus tard. J\u2019ai donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019ajouter un apprentissage compl\u00e9mentaire de confiseuse directement apr\u00e8s ma formation. Pendant ces quatre ans, j\u2019ai appris beaucoup de choses passionnantes et suivi r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les cours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e Richemont. J\u2019ai \u00e9galement continu\u00e9 \u00e0 suivre quelques cours \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont apr\u00e8s mon apprentissage, et c\u2019est l\u00e0 que j\u2019ai eu l\u2019id\u00e9e de passer un jour le brevet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"489\" height=\"712\" src=\"https:\/\/swissbaker.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/patricia_graber.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-85032\" style=\"width:295px;height:auto\"\/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>Patrica Graber dans son \u00e9l\u00e9ment<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s ma formation, j\u2019ai acquis deux ans d\u2019exp\u00e9rience professionnelle. Ensuite, j\u2019ai eu la chance de pouvoir diriger la boulangerie. Pendant ces ann\u00e9es, j\u2019ai suivi le cours de formatrice pour pouvoir former des apprentis. Il me tient \u00e0 c\u0153ur d\u2019encourager les apprentis et de leur transmettre la beaut\u00e9, la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 et la diversit\u00e9 de notre m\u00e9tier. Apr\u00e8s deux ann\u00e9es suppl\u00e9mentaires en tant que responsable de boulangerie, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de passer le brevet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral et suis donc entr\u00e9e chez Reinhard AG (Bolligen, BE), o\u00f9 je travaille encore aujourd\u2019hui. J\u2019ai suivi diff\u00e9rentes formations continues afin d\u2019\u00eatre admise au brevet. En 2021, j\u2019ai enfin pass\u00e9 l\u2019examen professionnel de cheffe boulang\u00e8re-p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-un-choix-difficile\"><strong>Un choix difficile<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Comme j\u2019ai appris les deux sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s, j\u2019ai pu choisir librement ma sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9. Cela m\u2019a caus\u00e9 de nombreuses nuits blanches. J\u2019ai en effet eu beaucoup de mal \u00e0 faire mon choix, car j\u2019aime beaucoup tout ce que je fais dans mon m\u00e9tier. Finalement, j\u2019ai opt\u00e9 pour la sp\u00e9cialisation en p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie. J\u2019aime beaucoup travailler dans la confiserie Reinhard AG, qui est une exploitation familiale avec huit filiales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mes-loisirs-et-mon-equilibre\"><strong>Mes loisirs et mon \u00e9quilibre<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je trouve mon \u00e9quilibre au travail durant mon temps libre aupr\u00e8s des pompiers volontaires, de mes animaux, mes lapins, et dans mon jardin, o\u00f9 je cultive mes propres l\u00e9gumes. Bien s\u00fbr, je continue \u00e0 cr\u00e9er chez moi g\u00e2teaux, cakes, tartes et pralin\u00e9s pour ma famille et mes amis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-mon-plus-grand-objectif\"><strong>Mon plus grand objectif<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque j\u2019ai re\u00e7u mon brevet f\u00e9d\u00e9ral de cheffe p\u00e2tissi\u00e8re-confiseuse \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole professionnelle Richemont, j\u2019\u00e9tais trop heureuse d\u2019avoir r\u00e9ussi. Ce fut une p\u00e9riode tr\u00e8s enrichissante et exigeante, et je suis tr\u00e8s fi\u00e8re de ce que j\u2019ai accompli. J\u2019ai r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 atteindre mon plus grand objectif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-projets-d-avenir\"><strong>Projets d\u2019avenir<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En ao\u00fbt 2023, j\u2019ai eu l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 de reprendre le poste de coordinatrice entre l\u2019atelier et la production. Ce poste me permet d\u2019acqu\u00e9rir mes premi\u00e8res exp\u00e9riences de gestion apr\u00e8s le brevet. J\u2019ai beaucoup de plaisir \u00e0 voir une autre partie de notre m\u00e9tier et \u00e0 mieux conna\u00eetre ainsi tous les processus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mon prochain objectif: m\u2019engager en tant qu\u2019experte aux examens. Je suis toujours tr\u00e8s heureuse de pouvoir transmettre mon enthousiasme pour le m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l\u2019instant, je ne sais pas encore ce que sera mon avenir &#8211; je me laisse surprendre. Ce qui est s\u00fbr, c\u2019est que je veux continuer \u00e0 me former.
