La p\u00e9riode de transition se termine fin janvier\u202f2025. C\u2019est le moment de v\u00e9rifier les informations dans le magasin.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La r\u00e9vision s\u2019\u00e9tait notamment fix\u00e9 pour objectif que les consommateurs de produits vendus en vrac b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient des m\u00eames informations sur le pays de production que lorsqu\u2019ils ach\u00e8tent du pain ou des articles de boulangerie fine pr\u00e9emball\u00e9s. Les produits de biscuiterie et de biscotterie ne font pas partie du champ d\u2019application de la modification. La BCS a publi\u00e9 une aide \u00e0 l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des articles pertinents pour la branche sur le portail GBP. Pour toutes les modifications, le d\u00e9lai de transition est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 fin janvier\u202f2025.<br><a href=\"https:\/\/service.swissbaker.ch\/sbcpub\/fr\/home.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Portail GBP en ligne<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:24px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-arbre-de-decision\">Arbre de d\u00e9cision<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe trois possibilit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes pour communiquer le pays de production. D\u2019ici la fin de la p\u00e9riode de transition (jusqu\u2019au 31\u202fjanvier 2025), un mode appropri\u00e9 devrait \u00eatre identifi\u00e9 pour chaque produit et l\u2019indication du pays de production actualis\u00e9e en cons\u00e9quence. La BCS a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un arbre de d\u00e9cision pour ses membres, il se trouve dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/service.swissbaker.ch\/sbc-vp\/fr\/service\/R%C3%A9vision-Stretto-4.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">portail GBP (rubrique Service)<\/a>. En cas de questions, les membres peuvent s\u2019adresser \u00e0 l\u2019antenne MSST &amp; management de qualit\u00e9 (Benjamin Horand). La d\u00e9claration peut se faire via l\u2019affichage sur l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019assortiment ou individuellement sur les pr\u00e9sentoirs de prix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-possibilite-1-indication-du-pays-de-production-sur-la-base-du-droit-suisse\">Possibilit\u00e9 1\u2009: Indication du pays de production sur la base du droit suisse<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Seul le pays o\u00f9 les ingr\u00e9dients ont \u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e9lang\u00e9s et substantiellement transform\u00e9s est d\u00e9terminant. L\u2019origine des diff\u00e9rents ingr\u00e9dients n\u2019est pas pertinente. La simple cuisson d\u2019un p\u00e2ton import\u00e9 n\u2019est pas consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une transformation essentielle et n\u2019entra\u00eene pas de modification du pays de production. Lors de la d\u00e9claration, il faut veiller \u00e0 ce qu\u2019un pays soit effectivement communiqu\u00e9. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La BCS a \u00e9labor\u00e9 pour ses membres le mod\u00e8le de d\u00e9claration ci-dessous. Il est \u00e0 placer \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du magasin ou sur le comptoir, disponible sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/service.swissbaker.ch\/sbc-vp\/fr\/service\/R%C3%A9vision-Stretto-4.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">portail GBP (rubrique Service)<\/a>. Pour chaque ingr\u00e9dient, le degr\u00e9 d\u2019autoapprovisionnement est v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 et un calcul permet de s\u2019assurer que la recette contient la part minimale requise de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res suisses. Le pays de production est indiqu\u00e9 au moyen de la croix suisse, plac\u00e9e par exemple sur les \u00e9tiquettes de prix (symbole non repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 sous forme d\u2019armoiries). Les modifications de la disponibilit\u00e9 des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, par exemple en raison d\u2019une p\u00e9nurie ou de variations saisonni\u00e8res, doivent \u00eatre prises en compte et compens\u00e9es dans le calcul sp\u00e9cifique au produit. Pour la mise en \u0153uvre, la part de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res suisses doit \u00eatre connue pour chaque partie. <strong>L\u2019utilisation de la croix suisse s\u2019accompagne d\u2019une charge administrative consid\u00e9rable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-possibilite-3-utilisation-des-marques-pain-suisse-et-ou-produits-de-boulangerie-fine-suisses\">Possibilit\u00e9 3\u2009: Utilisation des marques Pain suisse et\/ou Produits de boulangerie fine suisses<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus du niveau ci-dessus, les parts de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales pertinentes pour atteindre le calcul de la Swissness doivent au moins satisfaire aux exigences de Suisse garantie. En plus des exigences relatives \u00e0 la Swissness, le r\u00e8glement de l\u2019association Pain suisse (APS) doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre respect\u00e9.
