Voici quelques sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s des diff\u00e9rentes r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La boulangerie Fuchs de Zermatt a con\u00e7u une sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9 pour tous les randonneurs\u2009: le pain des guides de montagne (Bergf\u00fchrerbrot) est d\u00e9di\u00e9 aux montagnards locaux et constitue un casse-cro\u00fbte id\u00e9al pour les randonneurs. La p\u00e2te sucr\u00e9e fourr\u00e9e aux pommes fra\u00eeches, aux figues et aux noix a m\u00eame re\u00e7u l\u2019or au Swiss Bakery Trophy (SBT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les perles de seigle de la boulangerie Zenh\u00e4usern ont aussi re\u00e7u la m\u00e9daille d\u2019or. Cette friandise savoureuse et l\u00e9g\u00e8re se compose de seigle valaisan enrob\u00e9 de chocolat au lait. Chez Zenh\u00e4usern, on peut m\u00eame go\u00fbter des chips de seigle, appel\u00e9es Croustilles de Sion. L\u2019entreprise a d\u2019ailleurs remport\u00e9 la couronne boulang\u00e8re 2013, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-decouvrir-la-tradition-du-seigle\">D\u00e9couvrir la tradition du seigle<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Diverses communes valaisannes offrent aux touristes la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9couvrir de pr\u00e8s la tradition du seigle. Que ce soit le Show cooking \u00e0 M\u00fcnster, la fabrication collective de pain de seigle dans la L\u00f6tschental ou la maison historique en briques de Grimentz.
