Deux de ses quatre magasins offrent des services postaux\u2009: l\u2019un \u00e0 Villeret (BE) depuis sept ans, et l\u2019autre \u00e0 Cort\u00e9bert (BE) depuis six ans.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-jean-francois-leuenberger-comment-a-debute-votre-collaboration-avec-la-poste\">Jean-Fran\u00e7ois Leuenberger, comment a d\u00e9but\u00e9 votre collaboration avec la Poste\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A la suite de la fermeture du bureau postal, elle recherchait une agence. Nous nous sommes port\u00e9s candidats et nous avons \u00e9t\u00e9 choisis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vous n\u2019avez pas h\u00e9sit\u00e9\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si, un petit peu. Il y a tout de m\u00eame des contraintes. Le remplacement des vendeuses est un peu moins flexible qu\u2019auparavant, par exemple. La personne doit pouvoir g\u00e9rer la poste. Pour cela, elle doit d\u2019ailleurs suivre une formation, signer des papiers de confidentialit\u00e9, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A quoi faut-il \u00eatre attentif\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il faut avoir conscience qu\u2019il se peut qu\u2019une poste d\u2019un autre village d\u00e9marche une grande entreprise qui a beaucoup de paquets et de courriers. Tout d\u2019un coup, le client vous \u00e9chappe car la poste concurrente a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de venir chercher tous les jours les envois de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9. Une partie du chiffre d\u2019affaires s\u2019envole.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que repr\u00e9sente le temps investi\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas un souci, nous pouvons vraiment le faire entre deux clients. Lorsqu\u2019une personne vient chercher un paquet ou un recommand\u00e9, nous devons aller au stock. Il faut aussi pr\u00e9parer les d\u00e9parts le soir dans un endroit o\u00f9 ils peuvent r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer eux-m\u00eames les envois. Il faut disposer d\u2019un local sp\u00e9cifique, ou alors avoir confiance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019en est-il de la r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle est difficile \u00e0 chiffrer. Elle d\u00e9pend du volume, c\u2019est donc assez variable. Pour ma part, j\u2019ai deux postes\u2009: la premi\u00e8re c\u2019est 2200\u202ffrancs par mois pour un village de 1000 habitants, et la seconde 1700\u202ffrancs pour 700 habitants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 les cons\u00e9quences de cette collaboration\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les postes auraient d\u00fb dispara\u00eetre. En ouvrant les agences postales, nous avons \u00e9vit\u00e9 de perdre des clients. Toutefois, il ne faut pas croire que parce qu\u2019on a la poste, on a plus de clients\u2009; surtout si c\u2019est d\u00fb \u00e0 la fermeture de la poste du village. Si c\u2019est une ouverture, l\u00e0 il y aura de nouveaux clients.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Que conseillez-vous aux artisans int\u00e9ress\u00e9s\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les gens ne peuvent pas faire des paiements en cash, mais avec des cartes. En revanche, ils peuvent retirer de l\u2019argent. Si tout \u00e0 coup, il y a 30 clients qui viennent chercher 300\u202ffrancs, il faudrait avoir 9000\u202ffrancs \u00e0 leur donner. Il faut donc bien g\u00e9rer cette partie\u2009; sans quoi il y a un risque de perdre des clients.
