Nous autres fabricants le souhaitons \u00e9galement\u2009; et ce dans le monde entier.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est important pour nous de conna\u00eetre les modalit\u00e9s de fabrication du cacao, de garantir le d\u00e9veloppement durable et de pr\u00e9venir le travail des enfants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Diff\u00e9rentes organisations s\u2019engagent \u00e0 cet effet\u2009: dans le cadre de ses projets, la World Cacao Foundation ou Fondation Mondiale du Cacao se pr\u00e9occupe notamment de la gestion durable du cacao. Pour ce faire, elle aide les fermiers \u00e0 augmenter la productivit\u00e9 des plantations sans surexploiter le sol. L\u2019organisation attache \u00e9galement une grande importance \u00e0 la formation des agriculteurs, qui est une base indispensable \u00e0 une p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 \u00e9conomique et \u00e9cologique durable de la culture du cacao.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Rainforest Alliance va encore un peu plus loin en contr\u00f4lant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement les plantations de cacao de son r\u00e9seau. Le certificat, respectivement le logo Rainforest Alliance garantissent notamment que le cacao est cultiv\u00e9 durablement, sans recours au travail des enfants. Cette labellisation nous garantit \u00e0 nous autres acheteurs que nous choisissons les bons fournisseurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces deux organisations sont les plus grandes et les plus connues \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle internationale. Il en existe d\u2019innombrables autres, qui sont autant de bonnes initiatives individuelles d\u2019entreprises ou de priv\u00e9s.
