Outre la r\u00e9duction de la paperasse, le projet a am\u00e9lior\u00e9 de nombreux autres domaines chez Zenh\u00e4usern. Le CEO J\u00f6rg Zenh\u00e4usern et le directeur de production Jean Bauer expliquent comment cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible.<\/strong><br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abAvant, nous avions plusieurs listes par jour pour chaque d\u00e9partement\u00bb, commence par dire Jean Bauer, directeur de production chez Zenh\u00e4usern SA. En tant que cadre de la grande boulangerie de Sion (VS), ce \u00abchange manager\u00bb a \u00e9t\u00e9 un membre important de l&#8217;\u00e9quipe de projet responsable de la num\u00e9risation. \u00abSur les unes listes, on notait les produits qui devaient \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9s et sur les autres, comment les ranger dans les caisses de livraison.\u00bb Quelque 500\u00a0pages A4 \u00e9taient ainsi produites chaque jour, rapporte-t-il.<strong><br><br>En \u00abmode sprint\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais avant de pouvoir commencer \u00e0 num\u00e9riser, il a fallu faire un travail pr\u00e9paratoire. \u00abNous avons pass\u00e9 en revue diff\u00e9rents fournisseurs informatiques en vue d&#8217;une collaboration\u00bb, confie Jean Bauer, directeur de production. \u00abEnsuite, il a fallu clarifier nos attentes vis-\u00e0-vis du projet. L&#8217;objectif n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas seulement de num\u00e9riser la production, mais aussi de la faire \u00e9voluer.\u00bb Le mandant et le partenaire du projet ont convenu d\u2019un \u00abmode sprint\u00bb \u00e0 cet effet. Et je pense aussi que nous avons gagn\u00e9 en attractivit\u00e9 en tant qu&#8217;employeur.\u00bb Ce sont surtout les jeunes qui appr\u00e9cient l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;outils num\u00e9riques dans l&#8217;artisanat.
