Les d\u00e9fis \u00e0 relever pendant cette p\u00e9riode sont nombreux, \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole, au sein de l\u2019entreprise et dans le cadre priv\u00e9. Ces exp\u00e9riences permettent cependant de grandir si l\u2019on est pr\u00e9par\u00e9 au quotidien de la vie professionnelle. La collaboration active des apprentis est n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 cet effet, de m\u00eame que celle des formateurs. Ils sont les pionniers de la rel\u00e8ve. Ils contribuent \u00e0 ce que de nouveaux professionnels restent dans notre secteur. Leur r\u00f4le exemplaire sera d\u00e9terminant pour la vie future de l\u2019apprenti. Cela vaut pratiquement toujours la peine de s\u2019engager, pour les deux \u2013 l\u2019apprenti et le formateur\u2009: l\u2019apprenti est r\u00e9compens\u00e9 par un dipl\u00f4me professionnel qui se trouve \u00eatre une excellente base pour l\u2019avenir\u2009; et le formateur en retire g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement un enrichissement et une grande satisfaction. Il contribue ainsi largement \u00e0 assurer la rel\u00e8ve dans notre secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P.-S. Je suis bien conscient que la pr\u00e9paration peut diff\u00e9rer grandement d\u2019une entreprise \u00e0 l\u2019autre.
