Ils ne se contentent pas de googler votre site web, mais regardent concr\u00e8tement vos vid\u00e9os et images sur ledit site, vos canaux de m\u00e9dias sociaux et, dans le meilleur des cas, d&#8217;autres contenus pr\u00e9sents sur la plate-forme. Beaucoup de choses sont inspect\u00e9es entre le moment o\u00f9 l\u2019attention est port\u00e9e sur une entreprise et celui o\u00f9 la candidature est pos\u00e9e, et c\u2019est \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard qu\u2019il faut \u00eatre pr\u00eat. Ils doivent pouvoir d\u00e9couvrir de courtes vid\u00e9os int\u00e9ressantes et authentiques les motivant \u00e0 postuler chez vous. Il faut les convaincre de faire ce choix, et qui mieux pour le faire que des jeunes pour des jeunes! Laissez les jeunes produire du contenu TikTok et Insta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-2-flexibilisez-votre-travail-quotidien\"><strong>2 &#8211; Flexibilisez votre travail quotidien<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Je suis bien conscient que c\u2019est un grand souhait; la question de la flexibilisation du quotidien du secteur est certes importante, mais complexe. D\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9, j&#8217;entends souvent les responsables du secteur affirmer que le quotidien est ce qu&#8217;il est et qu&#8217;on ne peut rien flexibiliser, et de l\u2019autre, la jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration estimer que c&#8217;est pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ce point qui est dissuasif ou peu attrayant. Parvenir \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper de nouveaux mod\u00e8les de travail et, de fait, de nouveaux processus en arri\u00e8re-plan pourrait donc s\u2019av\u00e9rer une innovation majeure tr\u00e8s efficace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-3-optimiser-les-journees-de-stage\"><strong>3 &#8211; Optimiser les journ\u00e9es de stage<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les journ\u00e9es de stage sont \u00e9galement un facteur essentiel. Le travail bien fait en la mati\u00e8re et le temps consacr\u00e9 aux jeunes dans ce cadre sont toujours r\u00e9compens\u00e9s. Nos groupes de r\u00e9flexion et nos projets de recrutement le montrent \u00e0 chaque fois. Le fait d\u2019amener la jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00ab\u00e0 soi\u00bb&nbsp;permet de la convaincre. Prenez donc le temps de planifier et d&#8217;organiser une journ\u00e9e formidable et authentique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-4-repenser-la-presentation-au-salon-des-metiers\"><strong>4 &#8211; Repenser la pr\u00e9sentation au salon des m\u00e9tiers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Une pr\u00e9sentation moderne pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z se doit d\u2019\u00eatre interactive, proche de l&#8217;artisanat, num\u00e9rique et analogique, tout en montrant le travail quotidien avec de nombreuses vid\u00e9os et images modernes et, dans le meilleur des cas, en donnant l&#8217;impression d&#8217;\u00eatre soi-m\u00eame au fournil. Il faut \u00e0 cet \u00e9gard pouvoir tenir la comparaison avec les autres m\u00e9tiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-5-une-gestion-inspirante\"><strong>5 &#8211; Une gestion inspirante<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Au cours des dix prochaines ann\u00e9es, nous allons devoir transmettre beaucoup d&#8217;entreprises \u00e0 la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration suivante, et donc engager une rel\u00e8ve nombreuse.
