Entretien\u2026<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-le-congres-sur-deux-jours-appartient-desormais-a-l-histoire-quel-bilan-tire-le-comite-d-organisation-de-cette-derniere-edition\">Le congr\u00e8s sur deux jours appartient d\u00e9sormais \u00e0 l\u2019histoire. Quel bilan tire le comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation de cette derni\u00e8re \u00e9dition\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous en tirons un tr\u00e8s bon bilan. Nous sommes tr\u00e8s reconnaissants envers les coll\u00e8gues de la Suisse al\u00e9manique et du Tessin d\u2019avoir fait le d\u00e9placement en nombre \u00e0 ce congr\u00e8s. Nous sommes toutefois un peu d\u00e9\u00e7us de la participation des Romands. Sur les 300 personnes pr\u00e9sentes au repas de gala du dimanche, il n\u2019y avait que 20 boulangers-confiseurs de la Suisse romande, hormis les Vaudois qui \u00e9taient 140.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quelle note lui attribuez-vous\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Compliqu\u00e9 pour un CO de se donner une note. Mais allez, osons le 9 sur 10\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tout s\u2019est-il d\u00e9roul\u00e9 comme souhait\u00e9\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Oui, sans aucun doute, avec les petits flottements normaux de derni\u00e8res minutes qui surgissent sans pr\u00e9venir. Nous avons le regret que les congressistes n\u2019aient pas \u00e9t\u00e9 en mesure d\u2019assister \u00e0 la transformation de la salle du STCC durant la nuit. Le syst\u00e8me de transformation, sur v\u00e9rins, de cette salle, la plus moderne d\u2019Europe, aurait m\u00e9rit\u00e9 une d\u00e9monstration publique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 le d\u00e9fi le plus important\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayant choisi l\u2019h\u00f4tel Aquatis afin d\u2019y cr\u00e9er une animation du programme cadre \u00e0 l\u2019aquarium, qui finalement n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 possible, les diff\u00e9rents emplacements \u00e9taient \u00e9loign\u00e9s les uns des autres, sans possibilit\u00e9 de parcage le lundi sur le lieu du congr\u00e8s. Nous avons d\u00fb mettre en place une strat\u00e9gie de transports tr\u00e8s stricte, liant navettes et transports publics. Ce point \u00e9tait celui qui nous avions en permanence \u00e0 l\u2019esprit durant le congr\u00e8s. Nous avions une liaison directe avec les chauffeurs qui passait par l\u2019office du tourisme. Nous avions truff\u00e9 les endroits strat\u00e9giques de \u00ab\u2009poissons pilotes\u2009\u00bb pour ne perdre personne en route. Nous remercions encore les congressistes pour leur discipline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Y a-t-il eu des couacs\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Vu de notre position de CO, non, aucun. Nous ne sommes toutefois pas \u00e0 l\u2019abri de quelque chose dont nous n\u2019avons pas eu connaissance. Il y a eu juste une grosse col\u00e8re envers la cave qui devait nous livrer le vin pour la r\u00e9alisation des cadeaux. Sans un immense coup de gueule au t\u00e9l\u00e9phone, nous attendrions certainement encore la livraison\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment avez-vous v\u00e9cu ce congr\u00e8s et votre jubil\u00e9\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lors du d\u00e9part, \u00e0 la fin du congr\u00e8s, des congressistes ont fait un d\u00e9tour vers la table ou nous nous \u00e9tions r\u00e9unis, pour nous remercier de l\u2019organisation mise en place. La pens\u00e9e qui nous a sembl\u00e9 \u00e9vidente \u00e0 cet instant a \u00e9t\u00e9\u2009: Contrat rempli\u2009! Nous avons eu le sentiment d\u2019avoir v\u00e9cu deux tr\u00e8s belles journ\u00e9es et offert \u00e0 nos membres vaudois une belle soir\u00e9e de jubil\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Avez-vous pu profiter de la f\u00eate\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019exception du programme cadre qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 confi\u00e9 aux mains expertes de l\u2019office du tourisme de Lausanne, le CO a pu profiter de tous les autres instants. Nous avions tout pr\u00e9par\u00e9 dans les moindres d\u00e9tails, ce qui nous a permis d\u2019\u00eatre d\u00e9tendus durant le d\u00e9roulement du congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quel a \u00e9t\u00e9 le moment le plus fort, celui qui vous a le plus marqu\u00e9\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Certainement la soir\u00e9e de gala, dont le seul b\u00e9mol aura \u00e9t\u00e9, pour certains, un c\u0153ur de rumsteck trop ferme. Sinon la soir\u00e9e, anim\u00e9e par notre ami Manu et B\u00e9atrice, l\u2019\u00e9pouse de notre pr\u00e9sident, a \u00e9t\u00e9 magistrale. Les Ministrings du Conservatoire de Lausanne ont mis les frissons \u00e0 beaucoup. Le service de notre traiteur du jour a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 la hauteur de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e8nement. La fin de soir\u00e9e sous forme de piano-bar, avec le Duo Moojo, a \u00e9t\u00e9 une r\u00e9ussite. Nous voulions une soir\u00e9e \u00ab\u2009classe\u2009\u00bb, nous l\u2019avons eue\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Apprentis, Ministrings, m\u00e9daill\u00e9s de bronze aux CM de p\u00e2tisserie\u2026 La rel\u00e8ve et les jeunes en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le particulier. Comment ont \u00e9t\u00e9 per\u00e7ues leurs prestations\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La directrice des Ministrings avait de l\u2019appr\u00e9hension \u00e0 faire jouer ses enfants dans une salle aussi \u00e9norme que le STCC. Nous avons d\u00fb faire appel \u00e0 un technicien particulier avec une sono compl\u00e9mentaire pour capter les mouvements des jeunes musiciens, mais au final, quel bonheur\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les apprentis et les encadrants ont travaill\u00e9 durant trois jours, en pleine canicule, pour pr\u00e9parer l\u2019ap\u00e9ritif, le pain et le buffet de desserts. Ils ont termin\u00e9 le dimanche \u00e0 18\u2009h\u200900 et se sont chang\u00e9s juste \u00e0 temps pour participer \u00e0 la soir\u00e9e. Il n\u2019y a qu\u2019une chose \u00e0 dire\u2009: chapeau et merci les jeunes pour ce travail exceptionnel\u2009!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour les m\u00e9daill\u00e9s de bronze de la Coupe du Monde de la P\u00e2tisserie, cette soir\u00e9e maquait, en quelque sorte, la fin publique de leur aventure. Ils tenaient \u00e0 marquer leur gratitude envers notre association cantonale qui leur a ouvert les portes des locaux associatifs pour leurs entra\u00eenements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Congr\u00e8s r\u00e9ussi et termin\u00e9, qu\u2019allez-vous faire ces prochaines semaines\u2009?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le CO \u00e9tait compos\u00e9 des membres du comit\u00e9 directeur cantonal, il y a de ce fait un retour naturel aux affaires courantes. Il y aura encore une agr\u00e9able r\u00e9union de d\u00e9briefing. Pour l\u2019administration, il y a maintenant \u00e0 effectuer tous les bouclements comptables et r\u00e9partitions des charges, ceci prendra forc\u00e9ment du temps.
