Il a ajout\u00e9 que lors des derniers tests de pain, le pain de seigle de la boulangerie Salamin avait obtenu 100 points sur 100. \u00ab Le titre est m\u00e9rit\u00e9 ! \u00bb\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-six-etoiles-pour-alphonse-pellet\"><strong>Six \u00e9toiles pour Alphonse Pellet<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Six membres ont \u00e9galement rejoint la confr\u00e9rie : Isabelle Dev\u00e8nes (Boulangerie La Gourmande, Riddes), Amadeo Arnold (Boulangerie Arnold, Simplon-Dorf), Baptiste Debons (Boulangerie Debons les Artisans, Savi\u00e8se), Stefano Gobbi (Boulangerie Le 1955, St-Pierre-de-Clages), Paul W\u00fcst (Feinb\u00e4ckerei W\u00fcst, Gampel) et J\u00f6rg Zenh\u00e4usern (Boulangerie Zenh\u00e4usern Fr\u00e8res, Sion).\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Des \u00e9toiles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 attribu\u00e9es : Paul Mathieu (Lo\u00e8che), Herv\u00e9 Chevrier (Evol\u00e8ne), Werner Moreillon (Sierre), Christof Simeon (Reckingen). Avec six \u00e9toiles, Alphonse Pellet a \u00e9tabli un nouveau record cantonal.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-conseillere-nationale-genevoise-faite-compagnonne-nbsp-nbsp\"><strong>Conseill\u00e8re nationale genevoise faite compagnonne&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00e9line Amaudruz, conseill\u00e8re nationale genevoise et pr\u00e9sidente du CA du Groupe Minoteries SA (GMSA), Alain Raymond, directeur de GMSA, ainsi que Hubert Jaquet, responsable de la coordination et des approvisionnements chez GMSA, ont notamment ont re\u00e7u le titre de Compagnondu pain. Leur engagement en faveur de la construction d&#8217;un nouveau moulin \u00e0 Riddes (VS) a permis d&#8217;assurer la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 du Pain de seigle valaisan AOP. Dans son discours de cl\u00f4ture, le pr\u00e9sident cantonal Albert Michellod a appel\u00e9 les membres \u00e0 se procurer \u00e0 l&#8217;avenir de la farine aupr\u00e8s du moulin valaisan, m\u00eame si le prix sera un peu plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 que la normale.
