En regardant la table du comit\u00e9 directeur de la BCS, il a fait remarquer avec un petit clin d\u2019\u0153il que ce dernier pouvait faire mieux en la mati\u00e8re. Il a \u00e9galement relev\u00e9 entre autres la force d\u2019innovation du canton de Vaud, tr\u00e8s importante pour la prosp\u00e9rit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9conomie. Suite \u00e0 son intervention, Silvan Hotz lui a r\u00e9torqu\u00e9 qu\u2019un premier pas dans cette direction \u00e9tait pr\u00e9vu avec l\u2019\u00e9lection \u00e0 venir de Maya Fahrni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-motions-acceptees\">Motions accept\u00e9es<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A l\u2019avenir, au maximum deux membres d\u2019une m\u00eame entreprise pourront si\u00e9ger au congr\u00e8s et\/ou au comit\u00e9 central, simultan\u00e9ment ou sur des p\u00e9riodes se chevauchant, pour autant que les deux membres exercent une fonction au sein d\u2019un organe de l\u2019association cantonale. Les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s ont approuv\u00e9 cette motion de l\u2019association cantonale neuch\u00e2teloise, seuls deux s\u2019y \u00e9tant oppos\u00e9s. La motion de la CI Suisse a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9e, \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9: le nombre de membres du comit\u00e9 directeur, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent compris entre 7 et 9, va passer de 5 \u00e0 7.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Autres d\u00e9cisions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les d\u00e9l\u00e9gu\u00e9s ont \u00e9galement pris les d\u00e9cisions suivantes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 \u00e0 l\u2019unanimit\u00e9, ils ont donn\u00e9 d\u00e9charge au comit\u00e9 directeur, au comit\u00e9 central et \u00e0 la direction pour 2016;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 la cotisation de base reste \u00e0 CHF 550.\u2014, la contribution sur la masse salariale s\u2019\u00e9levant \u00e0 1,2 pour mille sur la masse salariale soumise \u00e0 l\u2019AVS; le pr\u00e9sidente cantonal genevois Eric Emery a souhait\u00e9 que l\u2019association d\u00e9fende vigoureusement les int\u00e9r\u00eats des membres, et que le contrat avec le bureau fiduciaire mandat\u00e9 soit r\u00e9sili\u00e9 sinon;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 le congr\u00e8s 2019 se tiendra \u00e0 Berne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>282 personnes \u00e9taient inscrites au congr\u00e8s, 103 votants \u00e9taient pr\u00e9sents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brillante rel\u00e8ve<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le congr\u00e8s a rendu hommage \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lite de la rel\u00e8ve lors du congr\u00e8s:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Justine Froidevaud, championne suisse 2016 en p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Nina Vogel, m\u00e9daill\u00e9e d\u2019or lors du concours international des jeunes boulangers \u00e0 Lyon en 2017<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Angela Bissegger, m\u00e9daill\u00e9e d\u2019argent lors du concours international des jeunes boulangers \u00e0 Lyon en 2017<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Uthaya Umaparan, candidate de la p\u00e2tisserie-confiserie aux WoldSkills 2017 \u00e0 Abu Dhabi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Ramona Bolliger, m\u00e9daill\u00e9e d\u2019argent lors du concours international des jeunes boulangers en 2016 et candidate de la boulangerie-p\u00e2tisserie aux WorldSkills 2017 \u00e0 Abu Dhabi<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un hommage a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 rendu au CO vaudois du congr\u00e8s. Silvan Hotz l\u2019a f\u00e9licit\u00e9 pour son grand engagement, et l\u2019a remerci\u00e9 pour son hospitalit\u00e9 chaleureuse.
