R\u00e9parties par r\u00e9gion sur trois demi-journ\u00e9es, toutes ont profit\u00e9 du m\u00eame programme\u2009: perception sensorielle et moment pr\u00e9sent.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e, un apr\u00e8s-midi a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9 aux dames de la boulangerie-confiserie romande. Organis\u00e9 \u00e0 Gen\u00e8ve, \u00e0 Neuch\u00e2tel et \u00e0 Cugy (VD), il a r\u00e9uni 32 participantes. Dans les trois r\u00e9gions, le programme \u00e9tait identique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une s\u00e9ance de pr\u00e9sentation originale a ouvert les festivit\u00e9s\u2009: \u00ab\u2009le carrousel de bienvenue\u2009\u00bb. Par deux et chacune leur tour, les dames ont fait connaissance en r\u00e9pondant en 90 secondes \u00e0 une question telle que \u00ab\u2009Quelle est la derni\u00e8re chose qui vous a faite rire et pourquoi\u2009?\u2009\u00bb, avant de changer de partenaire. \u00ab\u2009Volontairement orient\u00e9es, ces derni\u00e8res ont pour objectif de mettre les individus dans une bonne dynamique en privil\u00e9giant la pens\u00e9e positive\u2009\u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Muriel Rey, organisatrice de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au terme de cette introduction, la conseill\u00e8re vente et commerce de d\u00e9tail de l\u2019\u00e9cole Richemont a pass\u00e9 la main \u00e0 Caroline Reverdy, sp\u00e9cialiste de l\u2019\u00e9valuation et de l\u2019\u00e9ducation sensorielle. Elle a notamment convi\u00e9 son auditoire \u00e0 exp\u00e9rimenter si l\u2019oreille influence le go\u00fbt. Il a d\u00fb d\u00e9guster \u00e0 l\u2019aveugle deux groupes de trois morceaux de chocolat et donner une appr\u00e9ciation, le tout en \u00e9coutant de la musique. Pour le premier, il s\u2019agissait d\u2019une musique de No\u00ebl, et pour le second, un morceau de heavy metal. Les deux groupes contenaient les m\u00eames carr\u00e9s\u2009: un au lait et deux \u00e0 l\u2019orange. Lors de la mise en commun des appr\u00e9ciations, de nombreuses diff\u00e9rences sont apparues dans les deux groupes pour des morceaux pourtant identiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les participantes se sont pr\u00eat\u00e9es \u00e9galement \u00e0 deux autres exp\u00e9riences. sensorielles. La premi\u00e8re consistait \u00e0 retrouver les mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res d\u2019une pr\u00e9paration lact\u00e9e. Quant \u00e0 la seconde, elle faisait appel \u00e0 l\u2019odorat puisqu\u2019il fallait reconna\u00eetre des odeurs. Deux exercices qui ont largement sollicit\u00e9 les cinq sens des participantes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En deuxi\u00e8me partie d\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi, Muriel Rey a incit\u00e9 les dames \u00e0 se relier au moment pr\u00e9sent. Une m\u00e9thode qui permet d\u2019atteindre le bonheur et de lutter contre le stress en agissant en pleine conscience. L\u2019initiation s\u2019est notamment faite au travers du jeu. Un buffet de jeux divers et vari\u00e9s a permis aux dames de renouer avec leur \u00ab\u2009enfant int\u00e9rieur\u2009\u00bb et de d\u00e9couvrir leurs talents. Elles ont ensuite partag\u00e9 leur exp\u00e9rience en s\u2019interrogeant sur leurs actions et leurs sentiments, et en prenant conscience de la signification du jeu dans la pratique, notamment le l\u00e2cher-prise.
