Chaque m\u00e9daille a cependant son revers\u2009: la contrainte de la confirmation.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour moi, ce n\u2019est pas une contrainte. C\u2019est un d\u00e9fi appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 de mon quotidien passionnant. Au calme, je suis toujours occup\u00e9 \u00e0 \u00e9laborer de nouveaux challenges. Apr\u00e8s la refonte r\u00e9ussie de la \u00ab\u2009probablement plus petite tarte aux noix du monde\u2009\u00bb, je souhaitais donner une suite \u00e0 son histoire. Et l\u00e0, il y avait principalement l\u2019emballage. J\u2019ai alors collabor\u00e9 avec un partenaire actif dans le domaine de l\u2019emballage, et participer \u00e0 un projet pilote. Notre objectif \u00e9tait la personnalisation de masse, que chaque client puisse commander mes mini-tourtes et choisir la taille, la forme et le design de l\u2019emballage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secteur alimentaire effectue ses premiers pas. Notre branche a le monde \u00e0 ses pieds. Nous pouvons nous d\u00e9velopper \u00e9norm\u00e9ment et avons un potentiel de croissance incroyable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A la Conditoria, les clients peuvent maintenant en profiter pleinement\u2009: un paquet, 500 paquets, un design, 5000 designs, diff\u00e9rentes formes, pour une tourte, pour 50 tourtes, comme \u00e9toile de No\u00ebl, comme d\u00e9co de table, d\u00e9coration de mariage, chaque paquet personnalisable avec le nom des invit\u00e9s. R\u00e9cemment, nous avons livr\u00e9 une commande de milliers de paquets pour un groupe international, avec un design diff\u00e9rent \u00e0 chaque fois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vous voyez chers coll\u00e8gues, nous avons toujours quelque chose \u00e0 faire, lorsque nous exploitons de nouvelles techniques, de nouvelles possibilit\u00e9s. Et, sans emballage, la dur\u00e9e d\u2019une denr\u00e9e alimentaire est \u00e9court\u00e9e. Nous l\u2019utilisons donc en tirant profit. Une p\u00e9riode faste est au pied de notre branche, nous devons juste l\u2019utiliser de mani\u00e8re ad\u00e9quate.
