Die Ergebnisse aus den Umfragen dienen der erfolgreichen FBK-Weiterentwicklung.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Du 22 au 25\u202fjanvier, 207 exposants (210 en 2015) ont accueilli 22\u2005770 visiteurs (26\u2005766) sur une surface nette de 9556\u202fm2 (10\u2005503\u202fm2). La diminution de la surface nette d\u2019exposition est imputable \u00e0 l\u2019abandon de l\u2019ar\u00e8ne de concours d\u2019une part, et au processus de concentration dans le secteur de la boulangerie-confiserie d\u2019autre part. Le recul du nombre de visiteurs est pour sa part attribuable \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la dur\u00e9e de la foire, pass\u00e9e de cinq \u00e0 quatre jours. Le nombre de visiteurs quotidiens est rest\u00e9 constant. L\u2019ambiance parmi les visiteurs et les exposants s\u2019est \u00e0 nouveau av\u00e9r\u00e9e positive. Le salon a remport\u00e9 un franc succ\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sondage-des-exposants\">Sondage des exposants<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le taux de satisfaction globale des exposants (satisfaits \u00e0 tr\u00e8s satisfaits) a atteint les 76\u202f% (80\u202f% en 2015). Il est comparable \u00e0 celui de l\u2019\u00e9dition pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, et donc r\u00e9jouissant. Les 63\u202f% des exposants (63\u202f%) consid\u00e8rent comme importante \u00e0 tr\u00e8s importante la valeur de la FBK dans le mix marketing. Les exposants appr\u00e9cient la qualit\u00e9 des h\u00f4tes aux stands (jug\u00e9e bonne \u00e0 tr\u00e8s bonne par 69\u202f% d\u2019entre eux).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le sondage des visiteurs montre que 76\u202f% des sond\u00e9s sont directement ou indirectement impliqu\u00e9s dans les d\u00e9cisions d\u2019achat ou d\u2019acquisition. Les services de Bernexpo SA sont tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9s, et jug\u00e9s favorablement. La majorit\u00e9 des exposants consid\u00e8rent le rapport qualit\u00e9-prix de la FBK 2017 comme suffisant \u00e0 bon. Le prix des frais de stand et des services de Bernexpo SA est dans la moyenne suisse, voire majoritairement inf\u00e9rieur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les exposants sont favorables \u00e0 la r\u00e9duction de la dur\u00e9e de la foire \u00e0 quatre jours. A la demande g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, les horaires d\u2019ouverture journaliers seront n\u00e9anmoins raccourcis d\u2019une heure \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sondage des visiteurs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les visiteurs sont \u00e0 nouveau satisfaits \u00e0 tr\u00e8s satisfaits de la FBK (satisfaction globale de 95\u202f%). La majorit\u00e9 d\u2019entre eux repr\u00e9sente toujours les domaines classiques de la boulangerie, de la p\u00e2tisserie et de la confiserie. Le pourcentage de repr\u00e9sentants du secteur de l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie\u2005\/ restauration s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 29\u202f% (+ 3 %). Il est int\u00e9ressant de constater que 71\u202f% des visiteurs ont indiqu\u00e9 que le but de leur visite \u00e9tait de s\u2019informer sur des produits et des nouveaut\u00e9s. Ils ont aussi mentionn\u00e9 que la FBK \u00e9tait un lieu de rencontre leur permettant d\u2019\u00e9changer des id\u00e9es (34\u202f%)\u2005; l\u2019objectif d\u2019achats perd du terrain (15\u202f%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats du sondage confirment le bien-fond\u00e9 de la voie emprunt\u00e9e dans le cadre du rendez-vous sectoriel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FBK 2019<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9veloppement de la FBK 2019 ira dans le sens du rendez-vous sectoriel comprenant des d\u00e9monstrations professionnelles et workshops. Le \u00abforum sur les tendances de la FBK\u00bb est agend\u00e9 pour la prochaine \u00e9dition. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019offrir aux visiteurs des valeurs ajout\u00e9es au-del\u00e0 des domaines principaux du salon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Du 17 au 20\u202fmars<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La date de l\u2019\u00e9dition 2019 de la FBK a \u00e9t\u00e9 fix\u00e9e apr\u00e8s discussion avec des exposants et Bernexpo SA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La FBK 2019 se d\u00e9roulera donc du 17 au 20\u202fmars 2019. Ces nouvelles dates permettent d\u2019\u00e9viter tout chevauchement avec des salons internationaux (Sigep et Sirha), sans pour autant faire co\u00efncider la FBK 2019 avec P\u00e2ques (21\u202favril 2019).
