La r\u00e9union des membres a \u00e9galement fait l\u2019objet d\u2019un soin tout particulier.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La BCS est heureuse d\u2019accueillir les participants au congr\u00e8s, \u00e0 Lausanne. Le comit\u00e9 d\u2019organisation a pr\u00e9vu un programme cadre vari\u00e9 visant \u00e0 leur faire d\u00e9couvrir les atouts culturels et culinaires de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 des artisans boulangers-confiseurs vaudois profite de cette importante manifestation associative pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer son 125e anniversaire avec des coll\u00e8gues de toute la Suisse. Dernier congr\u00e8s sur deux jours, l\u2019\u00e9dition 2017 du de la BCS est \u00e0 ne pas manquer pour rencontrer et \u00e9changer avec des repr\u00e9sentants de l\u2019ensemble du secteur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le congr\u00e8s est l\u2019instance d\u00e9cisionnaire supr\u00eame de la BCS. Toutes les sections et associations cantonales y sont repr\u00e9sent\u00e9es. Chaque membre de l\u2019association peut en outre y participer, en \u00e9tant le bienvenu.
