Il a cependant fallu surmonter certains obstacles jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce qu\u2019elle puisse monter sur la tribune du vainqueur.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a un an, il aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 impensable pour moi de pouvoir m\u2019appeler vice-championne de Suisse de la confiserie-p\u00e2tisserie. A cette \u00e9poque, j\u2019\u00e9tais encore tr\u00e8s stress\u00e9e par la proc\u00e9dure de qualification (PdQ) et je doutais fortement de pouvoir r\u00e9ussir cet examen avec la note que je m\u2019\u00e9tais fix\u00e9e (au moins un 5,3).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"h-j-ai-donc-ete-d-autant-plus-heureuse-lorsque-j-ai-obtenu-ma-note-finale-et-encore-plus-lorsque-j-ai-obtenu-la-proposition-de-pouvoir-participer-aux-swissskills\"><em>\u00ab\u2009J\u2019ai donc \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019autant plus heureuse lorsque j\u2019ai obtenu ma note finale et encore plus, lorsque j\u2019ai obtenu la proposition de pouvoir participer aux SwissSkills\u2009\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ma PdQ \u00e9tait une pure catastrophe (du moins pour moi). Des produits que j\u2019avais toujours \u00e9t\u00e9 capable de r\u00e9aliser sans probl\u00e8me ne marchaient pas. J\u2019\u00e9tais compl\u00e8tement perdue, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 d\u2019autres petites erreurs. A la fin, j\u2019\u00e9tais en col\u00e8re et d\u00e9\u00e7ue. J\u2019ai donc enterr\u00e9 mes espoirs de participer aux championnats suisses apr\u00e8s ma PdQ. J\u2019ai donc \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u2019autant plus heureuse lorsque j\u2019ai obtenu ma note finale (5,6) et encore plus heureuse, lorsque j\u2019ai obtenu la proposition de pouvoir participer aux SwissSkills. Cependant, je n\u2019\u00e9tais pendant longtemps plus s\u00fbre d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 la hauteur de cette chance unique. Apr\u00e8s y avoir longuement r\u00e9fl\u00e9chi, j\u2019ai finalement d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019y participer. Mon objectif \u00e9tait de faire partie de la meilleure moiti\u00e9 des participants. Il \u00e9tait hors de question d\u2019atteindre une place sur le podium.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-grand-huit-des-sentiments\">Grand huit des sentiments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Motiv\u00e9e mais avec beaucoup de respect, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 par mes pr\u00e9paratifs, rassembl\u00e9 des id\u00e9es et test\u00e9 les premi\u00e8res recettes. Le premier b\u00e9mol est vite arriv\u00e9, car mes id\u00e9es n\u2019\u00e9taient pas toutes aussi r\u00e9alisables que je le voulais. Mais qui ne tente rien, n\u2019a rien. Alors j\u2019ai pens\u00e9 \u00e0 autre chose\u2009; j\u2019ai pratiqu\u00e9, pratiqu\u00e9 et encore pratiqu\u00e9. Cependant, je continuais \u00e0 avoir des doutes sur moi-m\u00eame et sur mes produits. Abandonner semblait de plus en plus tenant. Surtout quand quelque chose ne se passait pas comme je le pensais ou l\u2019esp\u00e9rais. En plus de cela, j\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 \u00e0 100\u202f% pendant tout ce temps. Ma pr\u00e9paration a donc eu lieu pendant ma pause d\u00e9jeuner, apr\u00e8s le travail et le week-end. Les premi\u00e8res semaines, c\u2019\u00e9tait encore g\u00e9rable, mais se tenir debout dans la production tous les jours, du matin t\u00f4t \u00e0 tard le soir, devient assez \u00e9puisant au fil du temps. Mais gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019important soutien de mes coll\u00e8gues de travail, j\u2019ai toujours trouv\u00e9 la motivation pour m\u2019investir encore plus et pers\u00e9v\u00e9rer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-la-chance-continue\">La chance continue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les jours ont fil\u00e9 \u00e0 toute allure et, avant m\u00eame de m\u2019en rendre compte, il ne restait plus que quelques jours avant le d\u00e9but de la comp\u00e9tition. Malheureusement, je n\u2019\u00e9tais pas du tout satisfaite de certains de mes produits. D\u2019un autre c\u00f4t\u00e9, je n\u2019avais pas non plus la force et la volont\u00e9 d\u2019investir encore plus de temps. Je voulais abandonner, jeter l\u2019\u00e9ponge, ne pas participer. Heureusement, j\u2019ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de tenir le coup une semaine de plus. Selon la devise\u2009: \u00ab\u2009l\u2019important est de participer\u2009\u00bb, j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 ma comp\u00e9tition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"h-avec-le-recul-je-suis-contente-d-etre-allee-jusqu-au-bout-les-swissskills-ont-ete-une-experience-incroyable\"><em>\u00ab\u2009Avec le recul,&nbsp; je suis contente d\u2019\u00eatre all\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au bout. Les SwissSkills ont \u00e9t\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience incroyable.\u2009\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien s\u00fbr, avec l\u2019espoir d\u2019atteindre mon objectif, mais sans la conviction que je pourrais vraiment r\u00e9ussir. Apr\u00e8s le premier jour de comp\u00e9tition, j\u2019\u00e9tais tellement insatisfaite de ma performance que j\u2019\u00e9tais s\u00fbre de ne pas arriver \u00e0 la meilleure moiti\u00e9. Ainsi, un grand fardeau est tomb\u00e9. J\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 mon deuxi\u00e8me jour de comp\u00e9tition sans aucune attente. Je me suis simplement concentr\u00e9e sur mon travail et je ne me suis pas mis de pression. Et voil\u00e0\u2009: Tout s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9 (dans une certaine mesure) comme je le voulais. Ce coup de chance s\u2019est poursuivi et la derni\u00e8re journ\u00e9e de comp\u00e9tition a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 un succ\u00e8s. Je n\u2019aurais jamais pens\u00e9 que cela suffirait m\u00eame pour la m\u00e9daille d\u2019argent. Avec le recul, je suis contente d\u2019\u00eatre all\u00e9e jusqu\u2019au bout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les SwissSkills ont \u00e9t\u00e9 une exp\u00e9rience incroyable. Oui, c\u2019est \u00e9puisant et on atteint ses limites.
